Too many cart path only holes
Total of 8 out of 18 holes were cart path only. They said this was due to work on fairways saw no one working on fairways. This course difficult to walk!

It’s a great layout
A great and challenging layout. Course conditions this time of year are not the best. In a month (May-June) things should be much better.
I rate this course high. The only problem I have is pace of play. The two times I played, the round took 5 hours

Not what it once was.
Overall I love the layout, but the course needs a lot of work. Bare spots in fairways, extremely slow greens. It has been downhill over the years.

Agonizingly Crowded
I have played this course many times before and have really enjoyed the experience. This time however the course was so crowded that i was glad to see the 18th green. Groups were cutting in on 10 and a group behind was hitting into us. The course conditions were fair but it was cart path only so this slowed play even more. I was even told by a Marshall to speed up play even though the group ahead was still in range. I felt so pressured I was even sprinting to my ball to make my next shot. I won't be back on a Saturday again at this course.

Road Trip
Excellent layout, greens were slow, inconsistent and bumpy, bunkers needed some work, overall condition was less than desirable.
Practice range was simply terrible

Course is good, but fairways need better drainage, greens good. Glasses in snack bar smelled like they were washed with a dog, if they were washed at all.

Expensive for the course
It's expensive for playing golf, but the staffs are great.
There are better maintained courses less expensive than this course.

Cobblestone is one great track!
One of the best public courses around. The greens and tee boxea were immaculate. Several fairways were in bad shape though. Great views of the lake, rolling hills, and challenging layout. Staff and marshals were friendly. Highly recommend it...especially with a Golf Now discount.

Winter conditions for fairways
I played here last summer, and the conditions were great. The greens hold well and run smooth. The fairways at this point are still in winter mode, with thin grass, and compacted muddy patches throughout. The bunkers are clean, but fairly compact.
