Tee times bunched too close together
Tee time is non existent. It’s happened twice recently where some other group is teeing off in my time slot and I have to tee off 15-20 minutes later than my tee time. To make things worse the tee times are so bunched together that it takes over 5 hours to complete a round of 18 holes because we have to wait to tee off at every hole. This is on weekdays so I can’t imagine how backed up it is on weekends. The most recent round we were approached rudely and aggressively by the warden yelling at us “where did you come from?” He accused us of not being at our correct hole and that we were not behind the group ahead of us the entire round. It was fine after he realized he had made a mistake and let us be, but we didn’t pay to be treated like that. I enjoy the course lay out but the tee times need to be spaced out more. I have friends who have already stop going to this golf course because of the time issue and the way it is managed. I had stopped going to this golf course awhile back when they installed frisbee golf and soccer golf because of the metal baskets on the golf course and all the distractions. I returned because the distractions were removed but seriously considering taking a break from it again due to the frustration of waiting around waisting my time most of the round.
Beautiful location
New to the area I’ve played a couple local golf courses. This may be my favorite. Excellent pace of play on a Wednesday. Friendly staff. Brand new golf carts. The course was in decent condition, I will return and play another day. Had a pretty good day, shooting a 78.
