The laid out of the course is not that great. People on the other hole or myself can hit to other side. This can be dangerous.

Bad Day/Time, Marshall Useless
We went on a Tuesday which is apparently the same time as their Men's League. Groups were HUGE and very slow as they were obviously gambling at each hole. Guy at the desk told us to start whenever we wanted. Big Mistake! The reason you have tee times is to keep everyone on track and what should have been a quick 3.5 hour round became a 4.5 hour slog. Course marshall sat parked under a tree while people blared music loudly and sat on the greens for up to 10 minutes. The only draw is it's usually got open spots and the course is nice.

This course is always the most fun. It has the best views of any course in Bakersfield, the staff is always super helpful and the rates are great. My favorite course.

Never saw a marshal
Would recommend course, but not for weekend play. It is way to slow on the weekend. Staff is cool, there are decent food and drink options here.
