North Kern
Greens are very hard and very fast. Fairways are ok, though inconsistent. Sand traps are very difficult. They have a little bit of sand and very hard underneath. The rough is overgrown and the gophers have made the ground very rough and uneven.
Nice for a straightforward Game
Not many hazards and most holes are straight from the tee box. Went after a few rain storms and the ground was a bit soggy in places, gave a little hazard conditions to play around. Overall really nice and forgiving course to play on!

The course in excellent condition fairways & greens looking very good looks like their doing a lot of work trimming back trees cutting back on the rough around the green NICE JOB NORTH KERN !!!!
Only worth it with a hot deal…
Course is in OKAY shape. Disappointed. Greens were very slow. Sand traps unplayable and many filled with puddles of water. Fairways were good. They charge $50 to play here on the weekend here normally though. Not worth it IMO.

Course in excellent condition greens are absolutely beautiful ball rolling true the staff friendly and helpful and the restaurant the service great and the the burgers are the best LOVE thiss course great value for the price from GOLFNOW !!!!!
Not bad
Course is wide open and very forgiving. Course was in pretty good shape for a muni . We had noon tee time and went off at 11:30 as a twosome. There were two other twosomes on the course. That’s it! We played in just over 4 hours. Most greens were pretty good. One or two had maintenance holes. Snack bar is pretty reasonable. Just don’t get a fountain drink, ice tea or tap water as you can taste the sulfur. All in all, it was a positive experience.
