Another Great Day
Love playing this 9-Hole. Perfect weather, friendly foursome.
Brea Creek
One of the few courses in the area where the pictures on golf now are worse than the actual conditions at the course. Awesome 9 hole with water and elevation change. Slight knock was that we paid for a round plus a bucket of balls but the range was closed due to rain this past weekend. We were able to get out to start a round a bit earlier which was nice. Overall, a great time.

So Nice, I Played Twice
Another great day at Brea Creek. This is fast becoming my favorite 9-Hole. Sunny with a slight breeze. Perfect January golf day!
Greens were in great condition and played nicely. Tees had a lot of divots, but playable. The Creek, again, seemed to swallow my balls on The 6th. Maybe that's why I call it 2-Balls. I always seem to feed it 2-balls before I go to the drop area.
Staff friendly as always. Practice putting green superb as usual. I played single and was paired up with other golfers all of whom were friendly. This is a great course to play, especially for wedges and irons.

Tees were being worked on, but the greens and fairways played nicely. Bunkers raked and well maintained. Pins have raised protectors so the ball actually fell into the cup. Nice. Slight breeze to contend with. Staff was very friendly. Bathroom and Pro Shop clean and well-kept. Walked the course and was a bit backed up, but no real complaints. Good course to test your iron play and wedge play. Will play again. Staff said that Santa Ana winds can really roar through the course, but today just a gentle breeze.

Good Time For The Price
I like to go here to work on my short game and crack a few beers along the way. It about $20 to ride and $13 to walk. It’s pretty challenging for an executive course as you have to hit over the creek three times. I always have fun at Brea Creek but it doesn’t scratch the golf itch like an Eagle Glenn does for instance.
