Went at the right time.
I’ll be completely honest, I went at the perfect time and had a great time. I usually avoid smaller courses because it takes too long and people are the worst. I went at the right time (during the week, at 10 AM) and was behind a good group of riders. Behind us were six walkers so we didn’t feel pressured. When we were done we noticed the back up and felt bad for the people playing.
This place is in way better shape then the other place in Brea.

Excellent value
Nicely maintained 9hole course. Challenging enough for adults to enjoy but easy enough for kids to play as well. Def worth the money.

Okay for the money
$15 to walk...not a bad coarse, super slow play. 3hrs

A great challenge
I am new to golf and getting here for my first time was super easy. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I was offered a cart, or even a rolling cart for my clubs. I overheard a program available for seniors, which is great. The course itself is very challenging. I think even for pros, the creek will challenge your stroke a few times. Putting here also is a challenge, I loved the difficulty. I will be coming back here for sure more and more!

Not your typical pitch and putt.
After playing here a handful of times, I’ve grown a sincere fondness for this course, Some may turn up their nose at this place because it is reasonably cheap to play, but the seasoned golfer can find just as much to admire about this course as a beginner. Considering the architects use the creek as a natural hazard, one can expect a challenge from even some of the shorter holes. If you are new to this wonderful game and decide to play here, be forewarned. You will lose golf balls. The fairways are a bit narrow on most holes, and the greens are a challenging read. So if you’re up for it, do not miss out on this course.
The staff is quite friendly, and are keen to offer advice. Victoria gave me a few pointers on how to play the course with a smile and courteously advised me to spend a bit more time on the range before my first time playing. The course is entirely walkable. I tend to prefer carrying my clubs, but there are push carts and golf carts available for rent (both of which are sanitized as per CDC guidelines).
Drinks (i.e. beer, soda, water, etc.) are available for purchase where the starter is located. On my last visit they were installing a new coffee machine, so any early birds that may not have gotten their caffeine fix can grab a cup before they head out on the course.
My only gripe with this course is that it can get backed up. Plan to wait.
Overall, I would recommend this course to anyone. Nice casual place to play.
