Brentwood Golf Club - Creekside/Diablo Course

I have played this course a few years back. And I liked how it went through the neighborhood. But I had forgotten how fun the course actually was. I am seriously astonished at how you guys are not completely over booked every weekend. I was supposed to go last Sunday on the 18th but I had to change my plans and cancel but I am already scheduled to go this weekend August 25 with three friends. And I’m sure they’re going to love it as well. Part of me hopes that nobody really starts showing up because it’s nice to have my pic of the times

Best price around the area. Decent condition. Although… Tee boxes need some care, sand bunkers need sand. Fairways in decent, playable shape.

There was no notice of sandy greens. Paid full price for those conditions. Should have been posted

The course has the friendliest staff I've seen around here in NorCal. They greet you with a happy smile, restate your name correctly, and make sure you get a complimentary bottle of cold water before leaving their pro shop -- which is in remodel right now. Due to current course conditions I would not recommend play here to a friend right now, but it could be corrected easily.

Goat patch. Greens were sanded no notification anywhere not on their website GolfNow or on the door you notice when you got to the first green .more sand on the green than in the bunkers weeds gopher holes everywhere. Do yourself a favor drive down the street to shadow Lakes. If there was a way to write this below one star I would

Overall, a decent round of golf but there are several things that could be better. It appears(they are finally starting to make some changes!). Finally put in a warm up range with old mats from storage. Has shade but I would catch the fringe with my follow through. 180 yards max but better then nothing. Bunkers are dirt not sand or anything close. Course yardages have not been updated into popular dbs so my watch went wonky about the 8th hole because of whatever they did. Back on track about the 12th hole maybe?It being august there was a lot of brown out there and some scrubby fairways - welcome to California golf...can't really fault them there. They won't give you a cart until 15 min before tee time. Pace of play was fantastic and everyone who works there very friendly. My 3rd or 4th time there so am developing a decent strategy for getting around. Greens had just been sanded, which was not advertised..Greens should be in good shape for you!

This golf course is confusing to navigate and too spread out for maintenance to catch up on the dying grass. Got confused a few times on the cart path and although some holes were in great shape, the majority were mediocre.

Having played this course since it first opened, it is hard to imagine pristine conditions back when it opened. From the terrible rees to the horrendous greens, the only redeeming factor was that the round took 3 hrs 45 minutes. The lakes are either empty or pollutted. The bunkets are dirt. The former 8 & 9 holed arecreduced to a 120yd par3! It's pitiful! This is a $15 course!

The course layout is good with several over-the-water shots. You can repeat certain holes to practice your game because not too many people play

Spend your money in shadow lake golf course instead of here. They will charge you 20 buck more if you are single and want to ride yourself. The number 8, 9 are a mess.

This course sucks. Terrible staff, pace of play, and basically everything. Save your money folks.

Staff were very friendly, condition is ok, price is cheap. Would play again.

I haven't played here for a few years. Lots of crappy grass in the fairways. Gophers galore with their old mounds not being leveled out. the greens rolled decent but lots of bad spots. Just didn't look good. The two holes they got rid of were good ones and replaced with short par 3's (YUCK). All the water used to be nice. Now Reeds are growing tall, they are covered with moss. It just brings the course down with the look.
