Brentwood Golf Club - Creekside/Diablo Course

The greens were in poor shape but rolled true. The fairways were patchy and showed areas of not being watered in quite some times.

Pace of play was good for a Saturday morning. The course offered a free beverage of choice which was a plus.

When I arrived the golf shop they did not have my tee time on file. It’s a good thing I had my confirmation with me and they honored it. The staff lady was very nice and we had a wonderful time at the course. We will definitely go back and hopefully they have our reservation this time.

Greens rolling fast and true

it took 1 hour to play 2 holes. there was a 5 some in front. i Left on the third hole. . it was 130. pm This was the worst jam up I have seen on this course.

Ted Robinson original design has been changed by;

eliminating the 8th, a par 3 over a pond

changing the 9th from a decent par 4 to a 100 yard par 3

shortening the 14th and completely failing to install a new much smaller green that has required three attempts.

inserting a micro tee box to play downhill 100 yards to that old 14th green.

damaged greens by lousy maintenance have yet to be repaired over 8 months.

if they're waiting for the re-zoning to develop housing, they should realize there's a moratorium.

Fun course bunkers were in playable and fairways soggy but good price for winter golfing
