Fast greens
Cart ,90 degree rule not necessary except ,2 holes
Greens rolling fast and true
tee off spacing terrible
it took 1 hour to play 2 holes. there was a 5 some in front. i Left on the third hole. . it was 130. pm This was the worst jam up I have seen on this course.
How to Ruin a Golf Course
Ted Robinson original design has been changed by;
eliminating the 8th, a par 3 over a pond
changing the 9th from a decent par 4 to a 100 yard par 3
shortening the 14th and completely failing to install a new much smaller green that has required three attempts.
inserting a micro tee box to play downhill 100 yards to that old 14th green.
damaged greens by lousy maintenance have yet to be repaired over 8 months.
if they're waiting for the re-zoning to develop housing, they should realize there's a moratorium.

Great for the money
Fun course bunkers were in playable and fairways soggy but good price for winter golfing
Little confused
Staff friendly, even got to meet the owner.
8:30a tee time, breakfast sandwich and juice provided!
Fluffy fairways from all the rain. Narrow fairways at times with homes in striking distance. Course layout goes through neighborhood streets. Greens are patched up, but rolled true. At hole 8 Arccos could not GPS. I think it was a Frankenstein hole, same with holes 14&15.
With a little more TLC and this course would be one of the more challenging ones on the bay area.
All in all, $28 for 18holes, breakfast, drink, cart and 3.5hrs pace of play its well worth it

Greedy Management
Booked the hot rate on golf now. They tried to charge me an extra $20 to ride in my own cart on top of the “cart included” deal on golf now. I ended up sharing the cart with another single to avoid the charge. Also they tried to charge me $10 to “start early” being 5 min before my tee time when no one was on the tee box. Course is torn apart due to poor maintenance. Place of play was pretty slow with no marshals. The holes were actually pretty fun minus the poor maintenance. Played here once and will never play here again due to the owners greed charging all these ridiculous cart fees. Has the potential to be a great course but for now a 2/10 would not recommend.
