DeBell Golf Club
About
DeBell Golf Club in Burbank offers an 18-hole Regulation Course and a nine-hole disc golf course. The Regulation Course has a tight layout with narrow fairways and a variety of elevation changes that range from subtle to dramatic. Accuracy is the key to doing well on this golf course but it's not overly punishing. Its risk-reward holes will appeal to low and high handicappers alike. The front nine is fairly challenging but the back nine is where the golf course gets tough. Although DeBell Golf Club is short, only 5,608 yards from the back tees, the blind shots and winding doglegs make it seem much longer than it is. There isn't any water on the golf course but you'll hardly miss its presence with all the other hazards that lurk throughout.

Very good condition
This course is a Diamond in the Burbank Hills. Greens in Great Condition and Great Senior Price.
Tight course! But great confidence booster
Really fun course, some great holes, not very long so a great confidence booster for getting low scores, don’t need driver for many holes, makes you think about tee shots and what club to use. Great approach shot locations, greens were very slow due to weather and recent aeration. Overall really fun place, great bar for drinks after.
Love the course, but there is some constructions going on!
I have been playing here about 5 times, and love the scenery and the course layout.
There is construction going on and around hole number 2 and 3, but you will get around to it.
Today it was really slow and I used about 5 hours for the round.
I will come back at some time though ;-)
Fun and Challenging
The conditions were the best I’ve played at this course, having played 5 or 6 times before. There is a little renovation happening on the second hole that looks to be nearly complete, but overall in great shape. Even trough rainy season (in California lol) the bunkers were still in great shape and the greens were pristine. When the minor fixes on 2 are done it’s going to be my favorite course in town.
Nice Course with challenges!
When I have a chance, I go to this course for the challenge and the scenery. You want be disappointed!
Slowest course in LA
Everytime my buddies and I are here, we get held up by incredibly slow golfers. Yesterday it was two guys each playing five balls. We were watching them, as we waited, driving their cart from ball to ball… It’s not worth golfing here anymore. The course doesn’t do anything to enforce pace of play and it’s brutal. Which sucks because it’s a beautiful course.
Different layout; greens have movement
Course has lots of elevation changes and doglegs. Greens are tough putts with slopes and undulations. Carts are beat to crap and could use upgrades.
Second hole still has construction happening which shortens hole and turns it into a par 3. Third hole has a massive fallen tree in the middle blocking everything just before the little ravine in front of the green.
Had a good time. Everyone friendly. Course conditions good.
Very nice course
The course is short but player needs club management and accuracy.
DeBell
Great location in the hills and fun layout! They’ve had issues with weather effecting course conditions but I can’t wait to play it once the rain stops
Fun and moderately challenging
Tucked away in the foothills of Burbank, Debell was a pleasure to play. The views were excellent, course and clubhouse premium and well maintained, and other players very accommodating to two green players on the course for the first time.
The layout of the course is unique. Many of the holes are wrapping around a hill or mountainside or have elevation drops or gains. The fairways are medium width and lined by moderate to heavy vegetation most the time, so losing a ball or two is going to happen. The combination of these characteristics makes this a moderately challenging/technical course.
Will play again and recommend to friends.
under construction
they have fee course at under construction that wasn't good
