Nestled in Coachella Valley, Date Palm Country Club sits at the base of the San Jacinto and Santa Rosa mountain ranges, providing nearly every hole on the golf course with a stunning view. The course is the centerpiece of a popular retirement community near Palm Springs, a location that enjoys nice weather year-round and is just 20 minutes from shopping, dining, and museums. The layout is on the shorter side, but it still has some challenging holes. The golf course demands accuracy with every contour of the rolling terrain and you'll be put to the test even further when maneuvering the small greens and narrow fairways. The bunkering is minimal but strategic at Date Palm C.C., and the occasional water hazard also comes into play. In addition to the golf course, there is a practice putting green.

Not bad at all
Nice short course play. Well maintained and the staff was friendly. It's hard to find if you are new to this spot. Do not use the map provided on this app. It places you in front of a house 3 miles away from the actual location.
Good little course to practice short game
Enjoyed playing the course. Narrow fairways and lots of trees. Good course to practice your short game. Greens were in good shape just a little slow. Pace of play was good and staff very friendly.
Great Value- Great Fun
We are not great golfers, but we enjoy the game. This short 18 hole course is perfect for our level of play. Water and sand make a couple of the holes pretty challenging. Pro shop personnel super nice and helpful.
Beautiful views
We were a little taken aback when we first arrived because we expected a larger, more up-scale course. Once we started to play, however, we found it very enjoyable. The course was well-maintained and the mountain views were lovely. It was a quiet day and it we enjoyed taking our time with no pressure. The price was great - good value. We will return.

I should give this course a terrible rating just because I would prefer to keep it a secret of the valley. Do I have to say anything else?
Date Palm CC - Hidden Gem
After several rounds over the last few years, Date Palm never disappoints. Even with restrictions due to COVID, players are protected while being treated respectfully. The course is fun and challenging- a great outdoors treat!

We LOVE Date Palm CC! The friendly staff, excellent course conditions, and fluid pace of play make this course a hidden treasure.
Golfing Date Palm golf course
This is my first time playing this course, so I was a little lost on how big it was . I teed off and drove the ball to a chipping 2nd shot , then the putting greens was slow because they are slightly high .Overall I enjoyed the course to help my short game. This course has more par 3 's but it helps with the Irons. If I do play again this will be my warm up .

Playing at Date Palm was more of a warm up to play my Irons and my short game, this course was more helpful in use of my Irons , which it did
