Nestled in Coachella Valley, Date Palm Country Club sits at the base of the San Jacinto and Santa Rosa mountain ranges, providing nearly every hole on the golf course with a stunning view. The course is the centerpiece of a popular retirement community near Palm Springs, a location that enjoys nice weather year-round and is just 20 minutes from shopping, dining, and museums. The layout is on the shorter side, but it still has some challenging holes. The golf course demands accuracy with every contour of the rolling terrain and you'll be put to the test even further when maneuvering the small greens and narrow fairways. The bunkering is minimal but strategic at Date Palm C.C., and the occasional water hazard also comes into play. In addition to the golf course, there is a practice putting green.

Shaggy Greens
Couse in generally very good condition, greens way too slow and rough is so high that it's difficult to find ball even when you know exactly where it's supposed to be.
Fun little course to practice irons, some challenging longer par 3's.
Fun to play in about 2.5-3 hours.
Ssslllloooowwww greens
Had a very nice rime playing here. The course was in great shape, fairways and rough needed mowing and they were doing it today. The greens rolled very true but SLOW.
We were only a twosome so we didn’t wear our mask except when near the clubhouse. Mix foursomes wore mask.
The pace of play was pretty good and we followed 3 duffers most of the day. Played in 3 hours so that was alright with us.
Fun little short course with some challenges.
Every time we come down to this area, we always play thi course at least once. It’s a fun course with lots of water and sand, that you can play in 2 1/2 hours. ❤️
All time favorite for nostalgia reasons and have not played for years. I was very suprised And pleased with the condition of the course. Cheers!
Greens are slow and could be rolled for a better experience.
Slow greens
The course is short, a good course to start your golf tour here, The greens are waayyyy to long. Not fair putting at all The ball just does not roll and putting is half the game right? The tee boxes have the grass too long as well
Houses are quite close to the fairway and some spots it is easy to find the roofs LOL Very pretty course and an easy walk if you are able You dont need the cart

This is a good course designed to work on your short game.
Fun short course
Great game on a fun short course! Nice to play with irons Throughout the game. Will play again for sure! Well taken care of, lots of water.
Good value for an executive course
Simple, straight forward course with 14 par 3’s and 4 par 4’s. Greens were in good condition and true. Fairways and tee boxes are being prepared for over seeding but with no impact to play.
Preparing for overseed
Lot's of maintenance going on, fairways and tees being scalped for overseed.
Greens still in good condition, tho slow as usual.
Fun course
first time playing but will definitely be back. A nice little challenging par 3 & 4 course.
Good golf at a great value
The course was in good shape; however it was disappointing that there was no range or putting green available. The length of the course was perfect since it was hot and we were able to play it in less than 2 1/2 hours. The carts were clean and the greens were nice.
Sept golf
Front nine was fantastic. Back 9 was extremely slow. Course was in fair condition for this time of year
Fire Ants
Course in good condition for time of year, greens slow as usual. Big fire ant infest, so watch where you stand or on your ball. Mean little critters.

I had a good time for the first time, I join 3 other players and they where very nice to me.
