Nestled in Coachella Valley, Date Palm Country Club sits at the base of the San Jacinto and Santa Rosa mountain ranges, providing nearly every hole on the golf course with a stunning view. The course is the centerpiece of a popular retirement community near Palm Springs, a location that enjoys nice weather year-round and is just 20 minutes from shopping, dining, and museums. The layout is on the shorter side, but it still has some challenging holes. The golf course demands accuracy with every contour of the rolling terrain and you'll be put to the test even further when maneuvering the small greens and narrow fairways. The bunkering is minimal but strategic at Date Palm C.C., and the occasional water hazard also comes into play. In addition to the golf course, there is a practice putting green.

GREAT CONDITION
The course is in excellent playing condition right now. Greens run too slow, but do hold approach shots, which is unusual here in the desert.
No water, no ice, wear facemask, (which is ridiculous on the golf course IMHO) no food, no beverage. What can you do.
Play was fast , so nice 3 hour round.
It's a fun short course with some challenges, a few water holes, and a couple of lengthy par 3"s. The par 4's are very short, under 300 yards.
Great course for newer golfers
This was our first time playing this course and we had a great time. For a shorter course, it had some challenging holes especially on the back 9. My girlfriend is new to the game and played the best round so far. It was also a quick pace to get 18 in. Iwe will definitely be coming back again.

Greens slow. Course was in fair shape thought there was better bang for your buck elsewhere
Nice course for less experienced golfers.
Very lovely fairways and greens. The restaurant was excellent.

Awesome executive course. Friendly people, unique challenge. Played here many times. Will play again.
Reasonable executive course for beginner golfers
Played with my wife who is a beginner and had a nice day even though we were stuck beef hind several very slow groups in the Marshall did not do anything to improve the pace of play. I wouldn’t play this course if they charged more than the $20 per player we played

I was greeted by a very friendly pro shop lady who made you feel so welcome. The course is only a par 58, but is a nice course to play and is in good shape.
First round of the yesr
This was my first round of 2020 so my friend suggested this course. It was a perfect course to prepare for the next 3 days of golf while I was in town on golf trip from Oregon.
Great little course
This is an executive course with four par 4 holes. Easy to walk. Course is in nice shape. Friendly staff. Nothing fancy. Load and unload your own clubs.

perfect course for a quick under 3 hour round and moderately easy with some challenging water holes and short par 4s and some long par 3s and course is good condidtion.
Nice short course
Course is one of best 18 hole short courses with some water and some par 4s not too long and can be played in under 3 hours and always in pretty good condition considering changing weather, looking forward to playing again.
