Enjoyable day
Picked a nice day for first time at Desert Princess. We played Lagos and Cielo. A nice mix of open fairways and water / bunkers. Lagos green side bunkers have excellent sand that you can really hit ours of. Cielo green side were hard pan with only 1/2 inch of sand. The greens are fast and sloped, really need to stay under the flags. Like any course you play for the first time, reading putts was a big challenge. Few one putts over 8 feet. Finished behind a foursome in just over four hours, fastest round in Palm Springs during our stay. If we come back, and I can find a low wind day, I would play here again.
Another fun round
Breezy but playable. Course is in excellent condition
Lack of concern for pace of play with afternoon golfers.
No course Marshall’s, people urinating openly on the course, slow pace of play and no one to report it to since the pro shop was closed.
My review will also be going to YELP.

The staff was amazing! Fro the guys handling your clubs, Pro shop staff and Starter!
Really professional and friendly
Be ready to drive.
The wind was overwhelming on this day. So bad we quit after 6 holes. No refund was offered. Overall the 3 9’s involve a lot of driving.
Unless you like wind, don’t play this course.
We booked through Golf Now after considering weather conditions. High wind was not reported, but after six holes on the Vista course, we were literally blown off the course with a high wind and dust storm which resulted in very poor visibility. Having paid for 18 holes, we felt it was only fair that the course would give us a ‘rain check’ for nine holes. However, we were told that they would not give a rain check or a refund for nine holes, which we felt was bad business. We won’t go back.
Nice course
Went out as a single and was treated great by cart staff. A little crabby in the pros shop but it was early . Was paired with nice people on a course in awesome condition No real complains about the course. Not to difficult a track which was perfect for a guy who just got here from the snow. l
No complaints. Fun round
Desert Princess is in very good condition. Not overly difficult, but has some challenges. Lucky our group included a lady who knew her way around because getting from some greens to the next tee area is tricky and there were no maps. The staff was friendly and helpful. I’m looking forward to my next round there. The group that I was paired with was fun to golf with.
Roll out the carpet!
I played this beautiful course in spring-like conditions. The fairways were lush and well manicured. The course wasn't intimidating for a high handicap player (me). The neighborhood and setting is beautiful.
