Mesa Linda at Costa Mesa Golf & Country Club

Teed off 30 minutes late. 5+ hours to play 18. Bunkers were a mess, either flooded or unraked. And when it's irons only on the grass range, at least provide enough rubber tees on the mats so everyone can hit driver. Otherwise, course was in its usual playable condition.

They charge you $22 extra for cart fees when you get there.

The course is SUPER slow because they squeeze in their friends in-between t times.

It was a good first experience at this golf course. The only unexpected issues was that our group had five players!

I think the sand trap needs sand instead of hard soil.

Course should send marshal to push the slow player to enhance the speed

Cart has problem and requested replacement but not accepted

I've always loved the course and the challenges it's offer's. Par 3s are tough and the greens run med fast...love it

Just wrapped up 18 holes on a Saturday and the round took over 5 1/2 hours, we were 3 groups deep on some of the holes. Greens were speedy today which was impressive.

Just felt bad for the people behind us not being able to finish.

This place is gone downhill. They let fivesomes out. Staff was overwhelmed. Carts not available in the beginning. Book a teatime in advance and you never get out on time. Horribly managed.

Great walking course, too many slow players lots of waiting.
