A fun day overall

Pace of play was nice especially for a Sunday

Greens were a little fuzzy and slow

The course would have been much better if my playing partner (my neighbor) was able to hit his driver straight. His lack of control with the "big stick" ruined my experience.

One good Thing is course is very easy. But fairways and conditions are trash . But in turn it’s cheap and golf is always fun. Just a honest review. Also practice facilities are great lots of chipping area. And they got food and a great cart person.

Well, they painted the greens so they were a bit soft and moist, not cut, but I guess they needed to do that for the coming heat, so the greens were a bit hairy and slow today.

Otherwise the rest of the course is ok, except for the bunkers, of course!!!

I say best conditions in a decade, as it should be, after all the rains we had this past year!! And the course really is the best it’s been in a decade, because the past decade was all about the heat and dry weather!!

Caught the place on a good day, when it has just been mowed and trimmed.

The greens were as good as they can be for this place. Smooth and just nice to putt on. Not deadly quick of course, but they feel so nice. Fairways were nicely mowed and trimmed, with definition from the rough along the sides, and good and meaty around the greens too. Tee boxes are also trimmed and cut, mostly very good.

Bunkers are the only issue, as always, some of them need more sand inserted, others need more rakes!!! I wish the green keepers would rake them a bit more often, and the players too.

But yeah, the place looked as good as it’s supposed to when there is great grass to hit off of the fairways. So nice.

Please replace all divots, rake the bunkers and fix ball marks!!!

Greens are a little slow but now the is drying out starting to play bet

It’s a fun course to play, but however wait a few weeks from today May 1, 2024 as they just punched the greens and he heavily sanded them and when you put your ball you had a trail of sand coming up from your ball

Front nine greens were slow due to aeration, had to use a driver backswing on the putter. Good driving day will give you a short iron / wedge on your second.

Courses in good shape, but the pace of play is very bad

The tee boxes were dirt and the fairways complete trash. If you hit in the rough good luck hitting your ball out of it to even finding it. The course needs a lot go work. On a positive note they have new carts.

Solid course, with good greens and decent fairways......Flat and straightforward design.
