About
Black Creek Golf Club is an 18-hole, championship course that is conveniently situated less than an hour from Savannah. The course sprawls across acres of rolling countryside, surrounded by nothing but lush meadows and hills, providing the round with peaceful seclusion. The layout is player friendly enough for all skill levels and the blue tees are enough of a challenge for more advanced players. The front nine has a wide-open links-style layout that provides an interesting contrast to the back nine, which is characterized by tree-lined, narrow fairways. The greens are large and undulating and sometimes framed with strategically placed bunkers. The golf course winds through scenic coastal marshes and wetlands, which come into play on 13 holes. There is even an island green on Black Creek Golf Club's signature hole, the par-3 15th.

If you don't pay too much it's a great course
The greens are slow but very true and the fairways are in amazing shape. I would highly recommend playing this course. In the past 2 days from their tips which only play around 6,300 yards I've been able to play everything down and shoot 73 and 74. Very fun layout and well maintained.

Good course for the money
I've played this course a few times and I like it. The fairways are in good shape as well as the greens. Due to all the rain lately, the greens are really soft but they roll true. Traps and hazards are in good shape. Carts are clean and well maintained.
Staff in clubhouse are a little rude and overly proud of their position. Really curt and unfriendly, almost as if it was an imposition for them to check-in a GolfNow golfer. Thank goodness that, once you get past the front desk, the experience is pretty good.
Lots of Fun
Other than the nats at end of day, course was in good shape, fun to play. Going back tomorrow.
Short but a good course
With no real length to this course it still presents a good time.
Beautiful course and clubhouse
Course was beautiful. Pouring rain made most greens very soggy and play time delayed, but looking forward to going back with nicer weather.
Nice golf community course that makes you think
Nice golf community course with challenges that make you think. You don't always want the longest club you can hit. Green approaches are narrow spits of grass with many opportunities to lose balls in the water. And I did! When the small bag of balls I got to warm up with was half practice and half real that should have been a clue to future lost balls. The fairways were excellent, the greens ragged after being aeriated. Lost a couple balls in the deep woods, but most of the time I found my wayward shots. My only real complaint is that the cart paths need some TLC bad. Keep your club head covers on otherwise they'll get banged around a lot. This was my first time at Black Creek and I will go back.
Exceeded expectations
I did not expect this small town to have a course as nice as this one. I have been to courses in much bigger cities that were considerably in worse shape than this course. Overall, the staff was friendly and very helpful. There was one older guy who was a little rude when my partner and I parked our cart in the wrong spot near the driving range. It was an honest mistake. Besides that one guy, the rest of the staff was great. The course is not easy to navigate. You have to ride a long way for some holes. If you walk this course, you will be in trouble. They do have signs directing you to make it easier. A couple greens on the back 9 need work. Besides that, I really enjoyed it. Definitely plan to play this course again!

Two of us played the course during off and on light rain showers. That's why it took us the length of time indicated. The course was in great shape from tee to green. The staff ( Tom) was very attentive to our needs. The gnats were terrible, but we were prepared. Will definitely play again for the discount prices through golfnow.com.

I am a 3 handi... and still found the course challenging but playable. One of the best thing about the course is that you don't have to deal with the idiots found at many courses in the city (ie... people that have no business being on a golf course, don't want to be too specific lol).
WONDERFUL STAFF AND COURSE
AT THE MOMENT OUR FOURSOME ARRIVED WE WERE STRUCK BY THE FRIENDLINESS OF ALL OF THE STAFF, ESPECIALLY TOM, THE GOLF PRO WHO GREETED US IN THE PRO SHOP.
THE COURSE ITSELF, ESPECIALLY CONSIDERING ALL OF THE RAIN IT ENDURED WAS WELL MAINTAINED AND ALTHOUGH IT IS A CHALLENGE IT IS ALSO USER FRIENDLY.

This place has a lot of character.. Love the place.. Fairways may need some time to get better but the greens are already at its top notch shape... Def stop by for a round.. Got it for $20 through here..

fairways full of weeds and greens were too slow.....greens look nice but this was not "putting", more like rare back and let it rip......but for the price it was fun.
Well maintained
Had a great time on this course, even in the cold weather. The greens were well maintained. Course was in good shape. Staff was terrific!

The BEST Greens around the coast
This is a wonderful course, very well kept . The greens are beautiful dark green. The ball rolls like it's on carpet, be careful with your putting, the fairways are open for good driving . It's a must play course real nice with good water spots that will make you think about that next shot...
It was an OK course for the money I paid 25 dollars. nothing super about it to make it stand out but yet I wasn't unhappy with it either.
Course was in good condition. It was a little short in my opinion. I played from The Black tees which
are the tips and was not very challenged to reach the green in regulation
.The par threes on the track are very challenging.
The greens are overseeded for the winter. They are a little slow, but hold a shot well and are rolling very smoothe. The course is tight in spots but not at all unfair. The are no poorly designed holes. The rough is moderate.
