Play during COVID-19 where many courses closed. Auburn Valley was well maintained and fairways and greens were good.

Tthey organized sanitized avenues for check-in, drinks, restroom access. Could have been more descriptive on touch (NOT) the flag pole, etc. at check-in. Was posted in the cart if you noticed.

tough but fair course, great layout, plenty of elevation changes, playing during covid-19 restrictions, staff had many procedures and restrictions in place, Brian the head pro was extremely busy, but he had a smile all day, was very helpful, looks like he is the glue holding everything together, i will definitely be back

Very good condition and a challenging layout. Definitely will be back. Just wish it was closer.

First time playing and considering no February rain the course was in pretty good shape. The price was fair and pace of play was good until some members decided to jump out in front of me on the back nine. The area did have some recent rain so cart path only was in affect so there was a lot of walking. Nice course for the price.

Alta Sierra is a fairly well maintained course. Two boxes need some work but after all this is only February. Quite a number of groups playing and it appears as though the spacing time was a little bit short. Took 4 1/2 hours for a round. Other than that the scenery is beautiful and it has some challenging holes and nice wide fairways. I’ll be back for sure.

Course was in good condition for the time of year. And the play pace was the real problem.

am sure this course plays quite a bit different in the summer. Every tee shot became a mudball, easy enough to lift , clean and place. The greens however had some issues, water collect in the low areas and created some major issues for the greens staff, it also left the greens inconsistent, some wet and slow and some just soggy, a summer round with firmer conditions could be fun.

By looking at the scorecard, this course looks pretty easy......let me tell you, it’s not. Although the yardage is pretty short, you must be hitting the ball straight or you will be penalized. Make sure you have your putter warmed up...the greens are challenging too.

I play in a men's group and we play here twice a week, we were playing at another local course that went into reconstruction and this course suits our players better. I have had many good rounds on this course and routinely win skins. The course is not too difficult and it is always in great shape, I know some of the maintenance crew and they do a great job!

Course was in good shape. Challenging, greens roll nice. Always enjoy the Sierra experience. Great food in the restaurant.
