Mature trees and uneven mountain lies
A challenging albeit relatively short foothill course. Nice staff with a fair price to play. Are you tired of flat lies and city golf? Well head to the foothills of Pine Mountain Lake golf club and let’s hope the uneven lies don’t cause you to throw away your scorecard. Only a few shots with water, but plenty of tree line fairways which present numerous tough decisions. Maybe Driver isn’t always the best choice. Cheers to the adventure
The course is very challenging for amateur
players like I am. Nice staff to make players comfortable that includes the information about the course. I have been warned about the slow pace of play, experienced that part definitely .
Great course
Course is great. Pace of play can be a little slow. If it takes you 5 shots and you’ve only played half the hole then Pick it up and move on. whatever happened to letting people play through? Also if you fit the bill, please do yourself and everyone else a favor and go to the range and work on your game. Trust me I get it, we all have tough days, but let’s get back to “ready golf”
Fun Day
Third time I played the course. It’s a very fun course and VERY well maintained. Shot my best score yet as now learning the course I know where I need to be for second shots. That said all I need to do is hit better second shots..lol
The course was in great shape very challenging and great time to enjoy and breath clean air love the layout would play it all the time if i lived closer highly recommend.
Pine Moutain Golf Course
One of the nicest courses in the area . Course is in great condition everytime we have played. A treat to play this course. Staff very friendly and helpful.. Love this course.*****.
Picture Perfect!
Imagine playing a round of golf in a setting unlike you have never seen, this beautiful course has it all and all the challenges that it may give are spectacularly set in the mountains. You will love it and want to come back, a hidden jewel, and with a nice town to unwind after your game. Make it a day and stay the night, well worth it!!

This Course Never Disappoints!
My wife and I play this course regularly. Everything is first class, from the course condition, staff friendliness & cart condition.
First time but won’t be the last
I enjoy playing different courses. Overall the condition was excellent. We just had a rain storm two days before we played. The course drained very well and no standing water or issues. My playing partners had played the course before. We have already made plans to go back next month. It’s about an hour away from home and our regular course but it’s awesome enough to travel to play.
One of My Favorites
Pine Mountain Lake is one of my favorite courses. The layout is wonderful and the course has tremendous character. Some people may look at the yardage and think that because it's not long that it's not tough. To the contrary, PML makes you hit golf shot after golf shot (if you wan to score well!) Lots of elevation changes, lots of trees, and lots of good times. I would have rated the conditions as "excellent" but they had just finished punching the fairways. There is not question...I will play PML whenever I get the chance.
