Waiting is

Since it's a private club, I can understand why the pace was slow. They are entitled.

Good layout, not well kept up with

The course is in a very nice neighborhood and you could tell it used to be a well run and maintained golf course. Unfortunately, it seems like those days are in the past. The greens were in very rough shape, dead grass and divots everywhere. The grill at the turn was easily the worst bratwurst I’ve had on a golf course. If the course was half of the $95 price, I’d say it was accurately priced. But, $95 felt a bit egregious for what you got for that $. One nice part was the tee times seemed to be spread out very well, we didn’t see another group in front of or behind us.

Overall an Enjoyable Round

Always a fun, but challenging round at St. Marlo. At the range we hit off mats and the range balls have some miles on them, so not the best. Hitting the course the tee boxes, fairways and rough all were in really good condition. The greens are bent, one of the few remaining in the ATL area and overall rolled true, although a few had some bad places in them. Staff was friendly and the refreshment cart made ample loops. Pace was challenged with us waiting often to hit, but as a twosome you can’t really complain. Would definitely recommend.

St marlow country club

The golf carts are always and half battery. Twice the golf cart stopped working at 18. I had trouble braking the cart and the marshal said if I broke it then I would go to jail. Terrible staff but a decent course

Beautiful Course

Challenging par threes. Greens had been punched and were bumpy - made worse by golfers who don’t fix their ball marks.

Terrible Conditions

Sorry, but will not play here again. Greens, fairway not maintained and in awful condition. Goose crap everywhere so the whole course smelled disgusting.

Bloated dead deer off the cart path. Puke,

Downhill lie

Out of bounds on every single hole, way too close to the fairways. The concrete cart paths are in the worst shape of any course I play in north metro, you may need to bring a spare kidney, and don't ever make the mistake of looking away while driving on the cart path - you may break something on the cart or injure yourself. Greens are way slower than in years past and bumpy, with many many pitch marks. Now overpriced for what you get.

Nice track.

Greens are struggling a bit in places. Traps looks most places are packed and could use some attention. Several spots for challenges and played very fair. Will play again.

Terrible Condition- Goose S%#* Everywhere

Poorly maintained, overpriced, goose droppings all over multiple greens. Range balls look like they came from the range Kevin Costner was hitting balls on in Tin Cup. I would be embarrassed to let anyone hit range balls like that.

So incredibly overpriced.

Stay away.
