Good conditions early in the year, greens were nice

Coarse was in good shape, staff was very friendly. The white tee boxes could use a lot of work. For over $100 a person you would think the tee boxes would be in better shape. Over half of them didn’t even have grass on it.

The golf course is in really good shape. The greens are moving, smooth and up to speed pace. A plate is a bit slow but with you thinking about your next shot and looking at bunkers pretty much on every hole you’re really not worried about the place of play it is a bombs away course meaning you can pretty much use driver on every hole Not too many two shot holes meaning you lay up and you have to hit another shot over something to hit the green and it’s worth the money on the weekday. Don’t know about the weekend but definitely will be playing it again.

There are many brilliant holes on this course - par three holes are outstanding

I understand the compliant about the 9th hole but holes 3 - 6- 7-8 -11 -14 -16 are awesome

If they had some money this could be a world class facility

Then again we would not be playing for the reasonable cost

Play was slow given it was cart path only

Greens were good and surprised they were bent.

The houses around the course are amazing and that was fun by itself

Wished i lived closer to this course

Great layout, doesn't drain well after storms. Winter conditions. Cart paths are atrocious, have never been fixed in the 10 yrs I've been playing there. Basically you get multiple spinal adjustments riding around the course. 'i don't know why members aren't upset

Course is in typical winter shape. Greens are actually really nice but they have some weeds coming through that likely will be taken care of, they have improved cart paths but still have lots of work to be done. They have laid sod in many areas but there are some bad areas of bare spots that hopefully they will take care of as the season warms up. Overall the course is a nice play at a good discount but if paying full price be warned. I do give them credit you can see they are working on the course and hopefully the warm weather will really help everything bloom. I will be back with another good deal.

People from the area know St Marlo supposed to be great, but every time I come here is like meh.... The fairway was super wet, cart path isnt that great either. Pace of play was alright. Next time I won't be playing here unless it is cheaper.

I played after heavy rains. The course doesn’t drain very well. Greens were in good shape.

Did a lot of walking due to fairways being very wet. Course is tired and need some TLC.

We (4players) played this course not knowing it was cart path only and we had let 2 players pass us at 3rd hole and by the time we were at 6th hole the marshall came stating we were playing slow and I said we let group behind us pass us 2 ppl group and the group behind us had hit into us but didn't want to hear any of that and just told us to just pickup our game.

By the time we got to the back 9, we didn't even see the group behind us that had hit into us. The tee times should give at least 15mins apart since it's cart path only. Marshall at this course was pretty rude would not come back during Nov to March when it's cart path only.

Course was very well taken care of especially for the winter - the greens (highly impressive) fairways and tee boxes overall were really good. It has been a few years since playing this course and forgotten how beautiful the course is with houses lining many of the holes and layout was challenging but fair. Pace of play was a little slow, but still managed to finish the round with afternoon tee time. Can’t wait to play again!!
