When 9 is Enough
Nice course and people playing very laid back. Not rushed play.
Be aware there is only one water fountain on course so bring water or just be aware of that.
A few tees could use some love, but for the price, it's a great course.
Atmosphere
This course really makes you feel you are in the woods because you are. I always feel good here
Great bang for your buck!
This course isn't a fancy country club course perfectly curated to your every wish, but you're also not paying for that. It's a great little locals course reminiscent of Fleming or Golden Gate Park-only much tougher due to the slopes.
You practically can use every club in your bag, which makes it all the more fun. Not to mention the better weather and spectacular mountain and forest views!
The course needs more natural tee box
Starter was rude and had problems with 2 of our foursome one left we all should have. I played here previously and it was great and well maintained not anymore. We will not go back.
Great Track
Awesome course, great layout and great greens. You can use every club in the bag. Two sets of tees so 18 is possible but 9 holes was terrific.
Quick 9 holes
The short 9 with half par 3's and half par 4's makes you hit all the clubs in your bag.
It is a fairly difficult course to walk because of the hills.
Fairways are not in the best shape.
Greens were fairly sandy.
Good variety of holes and fun to play.
Could be so much better
This could be a real gem, but since the draught, the fairways are unkempt and not taken care of, the greens suffer from a disease that makes putting a chore, and the joy this course usually brings has dissipated recently. I will keep giving it a try now and then, but as long as the course is not maintained, no point to go often.
A Goat's Paradise.
A couple people had mentioned this quaint little course and how much fun it was. Nice setting and fun layout could make this course such, but this course needs a lot of TLC. Fairway hadn't been mowed in a couple of weeks making every shot an egg hunt. Greens have been taken over by fungus and will really be more of a mess in the weeks to come. Never have played frisbee golf, but would have welcomed the switch to a frisbe after the first hole. Worst conditions I can remember ever playing on.
Rich Town, Badly Kept Course
I know we've had some rain lately, so the bad condition of the course I'm commenting on takes that into consideration. But on the best of days I consider this a difficult "walking" course because of it's hilly nature and badly maintained paths. The tees are a mess, and I showed up on "Maintenance Monday" -- their term for every other Monday when they sand the greens. Wet, steep hillsides and unputtable greens with difficult tees. Oh well, the views were nice. Good hike, bad golf. I'm not going back.
great 9 hole experience
walked the course, good pace, greens mostly in good shape, fairways suffering the drought but playable.
