Sharp Park Golf Course

The weather was foggy and drizzle. Fairways are green but no roll due to wet grass. Sprinklers we’re running during play. Greens are less bumpy and coming around. Carts are limited. Walking is about 5.5 miles.

Starter was reluctant to acknowledge GolfNow. Luckily I printed my sheet. He said I’m going to make you wait, usually the schedule 4 ( I had a 2some).

Sprinklers on entire front 9. At noon time?

I got drenched twice.

Regardless of the elements the course is wide open. Come out and play.

Ive been playing Sharp Park for years and you would think they would look to improve the conditions of the course and update some of the facilities and equipment. I've played much better courses for the money I dropped here. Wet Fairways, sprinklers on when we teed off the 1st hole, greens are in poor shape, bumpy, sandy, etc and really zero customer services except for the guy at the pro shop yelling at everyone to not chip on the putting green practice area. Ummm no holes in the putting green and no signs either so maybe put a sign up. Anyway, not the best value for what I paid to play.

Greens were in terrible condition . Golf should be discount until green are in playable condition. Also many of the tee boxes were not exceptable

The course can’t find my reservation and not friendly.

The fairways are in good shape but wet . Greens are not good. Plugged and filled with sand makes them lumpy and difficult to read. Pace of play was good. Played 18 in 3.5 hours walking. Weather was a factor on a windy and foggy morning. Beautiful course most of the time but overflowing garbage cans from the weekend was disappointing to see.

They were backed up. We were not able to start on time. Slow play. Greens were Aerated so I could not say how they typically are. I definitely will go back and try again after everything opens all the way.

The fairways are in good shape. Most were wet from morning dee. Also several sprinklers running during play. The greens have been plugged and sanded. The plugs are laying around the fringe. A little overpriced considering the conditions on the greens. Still a beautiful course and challenging to play.

Its a McKenzie but wthitering...

Now that the legal fights are done, someone needs to step up to restore this McKenzie to its lost glory. Restore the greens and bunkers.

At least mow the fairways and remove the white flowers from the middle of the fairways.

This course should be a gem...and could be.

Sorry to report that this course is in the worst condition I’ve ever seen , Also the Motorized Carts are in extremely poor condition , They don’t “Go” half the time and NO brakes at all ? Greens and fairways were also in very poor condition , Don’t know what happened to this course but I highly don’t recommend

Sharp Park is a fun course with a good layout.

The course is not in good condition and the pace of play was very bad.
