Soft greens

The greens were great and it was a fun course to play. No one was managing the pace and it went slow. I got through 8 homes in 45 minutes and caught up with the group in front of me who was waiting on three groups ahead of them. The last 10 holes took 3 hours and 45 minutes.

Lake Spivey

Really friendly staff and overall good course layout and conditions. Tee boxes were rough sometimes, but fairways and greens rolled pure! Will be back soon and worth the drive from North atlanta.

Not crowded AT ALL for a Wed at 4, and can't beat the price! Nice course and layout, couple really tough holes as well as a few short par 3's. I'll be back every Wed if possible!

We arrived 40 minutes before our tee time to warm up and were informed there were no range balls available. Also told there were no carts, but one would be brought to us 20 minutes prior to our tee time. Wound up not getting a cart until 30 minutes after our tee time. The restaurant is still closed, so no lunch options. Course was on ok shape, many tee boxes were chewed up or hard as a rock. Greens were slow. Pretty disappointing overall experience.

The staff and owners are welcoming and working to improve course conditions. The range and fairways are in hardpan conditions, but the greens are better. The course layout is challenging and fun.

Greens Good, Fairways hard and fast, Tee Boxes need a hammer to put tee in?

We played as a twosome today. Finished in 3 hours and 20 mins. with a foursome holding us up. The greens rolled nice and even made divots hitting into them. The fairways are cut nice and are very fast and dry. Tee boxes are harder than rocks. It does seem like the course is putting new sod on some of the tee boxes.

Horrible Staff

The maintenance followed me to every green, would bot pause for shots, and pulled down the tee so I could not see where I was shooting.
