Desert Island Country Club

The course was in very good condition. The 9 and 18 holes are challenging but fun due to water. The greens were very fast and tough to get used to. The practice greens were fast but not as fast as the greens on the course. I will go back again to give it another go now that I know about the greens.

The course was in great condition, Allan, the starter, is friendly and knowledgeable, and the pro shop and cart attendant’s are wonderful and helpful.,

We were paired with artworks guys from TX, and it was a lovely day all round. Only lost two balls. 🤣

Loved this course. Excellent condition and challenging, except 9th hole which is virtually impossible for the average golfer no matter which tee box you hit from. Have to cross water twice. Really?

Fairways are pure, staff are top shelf.

Greens are in a maintenance cycle and Greenside bunkers are a little firm.

Pace of play was excellent.

I am a 7 handicap and enjoyed playing this course. First 4 holes are par 4s then gets more interesting. I definitely recommend. Had a 12:40 tee time and finished in 3 hours 15 minutes.

The course was in great condition. The starter was awesome in fact any staff we interacted with were genuinely friendly and made you feel welcomed. Highly recommend giving it a try. My wife loved it too!

This is a decent in-town course that abuts numerous roads and has relatively narrow fairways contained by walls. The course was in good condition. The back 9 is more interesting than the front, which has a back-and-forth quality that gets old quickly. Practice facilities and service are very good.

Fairways, greens, course view and POP were so good. I will play again.

This is a fabulous golf course. Plenty of challenges, extremely well maintained and the nicest and friendly people you will ever meet at a golf course. From the cart guys to Pro shop staff, to the starter. Each and everyone very willing to help and offer advice if asked for.. I highly recommend this course and I will play it again the next I return to Palm Springs

Nice but basic golf course. Fairways were in good shape. The greens were a bit rough. Still a good value golf course v

Loved the course, challenging for low teens handicapper. Greens were not in great condition but fairways were excellent. Pace of play was exceptional. 3:45 for eighteen holes

We both love playing this course. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, the course is super challenging, and the fairways, tees, and greens are in excellent condition.

The only frustration was when we made the turn, the starter had placed a slow 9 hole foursome in front of us. No fun. It slowed us down, even though they skipped the 12th hole, and we had to wait.

But we will golf here again, for sure. Highly recommend.
