As with most courses, very dry and patchy in the fairways…. Nice roll on the drive though.

I’d say the greens are what makes you come back, Fun pin positions to challenge your 50-160 yard shots. Most roll pretty true…. Barring the consistent reluctance for people to fix divot marks.

Played as a single at 10:50 on a Sunday…. Literally could have played 3 balls and still been fine.

I understand it is winter time however, this course was in bad shape. Fairways were clumpy with different grasses growing. Tee boxes were in ok shape. Greens were ok. For the price paid I will not be returning until I see the fairways come back. Should have winter rates rather than prime rates. Also they are changing the course around which was a bit confusing especially since the marshal did not tell us the score card is correct just goto hole 14 and play around to 10 which was confusing. We assumed ok goto 14 and the 14th hole on the card would match up. Nope. 14 is 10 on the scorecard. Bit confusing trying to explain it.

Played the course first time since you rearranged the finishing holes. Course was backed up at the new designated #10. Not knowing you changed the format, we played the old line up and finished an hour ahead of those backed up as we caught them again on old #17 & #18 and they still had 4 holes to play.

Appreciated the opening of the mid course snack bar but we were surprised to hear a member demand his $2 discount on a $6 canned beer. 50% up charge for non members sends a clear message that you don’t want our snack/beverage business. Greens were in fair to good shape. Fairways are rock hard with little grass. Tee boxes bare and embarrassing. Anyone you ask about the opening of the restaurant is quick to tell you that it has been determined that it would be too costly to reopen. We will give it another try in the Spring but hard to consider joining without full service. Less than one would expect if the membership was used to support business clients or non playing family members. Course was great for a long time but struggling now. Employees are all friendly and very professional. Carts are brand new but overall you remain challenged to keep it worth the drive from Murrieta (48 miles) to meet family and friends.

Clubhouse restrooms eating facilities are all very old and not in good condition. The course and layout are fine but at this time of the year the grass condition is very poor.

Would not recommend this course. Management acts like course is top notch. Could not believe they are trying to charge 15 dollars for a bucket of balls at a driving range that is so horribly maintained. Only good thing about this course is the golf carts

Play this course often. New ownership is making it better... Great staff..great layout....just be mindful..pace of play is hit n miss because of price ..

We played this course based on the recent reviews. The layout was challenging and fun to play. The greens and the bunkers were in decent shape. However, the fairways and tee boxes need some work. If these are updated, it will be worth the drive to play.

The course is great as long as you stay on the fairway

I have played Arrowhead frequently for the past two years and the course condition was not the best I have seen. Maybe it is because they are preparing for winter conditions? Unfortunately the price went up so if anything you are now paying more for less than ideal conditions. Fairways are a bit sparse with grass and the main landing areas off the tee are beat up. The greens had spots on them that had me moving my ball so I wouldn't have to putt through the spot. I should have taken pictures...my bad. Still not a bad track. The par threes from the blues will make you work for your pars.

Tee boxes need work. Fairways need water! Too many bare spots. Greens are slow. New golf carts are great. Put some real sand in the bunkers.

The course improvements since we last played were remarkable! It's such a classic layout, long but very manageable. The fairways are thin but you get a lot of roll which makes up for the length on some of the longer holes. And now that the clubhouse and snack bar are open on select days, it's just one more reason to enjoy this beautiful country club! We look forward to our next round very soon!

GolfNow had been advised course closed Monday and Tuesday. They still made our reservation!!!!!!!!!

We could have played MoVal for $40 today but they made it known on this app that the greens had just been punched. Putting is almost half the game so we declined. Booked Arrowhead with no knowledge that they had just done the same. Ok fine but they were horrible. Incredibly slow and there were no straight putts. Problem is they charged FULL PRICE. Unacceptable. I hope the new owners see this. Not happy at all. One good thing is they re-opened the snack bar at the turn.
