Course condition
Course condition needs help. Watereing the fairway could help the cindition.

Not bad but nothing special.
Course is straight forward and flat, pretty good amount of distance, but the greens are literally turf that NEED to be cut. Also another thing that absolutely annoyed me was while playing with about one hour left of sunlight they started taking out the flags to the holes, my group and others behind us and in front played the final holes with no flags, I honestly couldn’t believe it, I know these employees want to go home on a Saturday but seriously , respect that you have PAYING customers that want to finish properly what they PAID for. Inexcusable

They made us turn in our cars at 5:10pm where it was suppose to be at 5:30pm. Everyone else keeled on playing except us. Maybe because we weren’t white.

Nice old style course
This is a nice course to walk. They are keeping the condition up as well as can be expected for public play at this price. The greens could have been a little faster, but they were in good shape.
Conditions
The greens were the only thing in good shape. No fairways. Dirt more than grass.

Poor condition
First off, the greens are amazing. The rest of the course is in horrendous condition.

Could be a good course
Unfortunately Arrowhead has not been able to properly maintain the course. The fairways are a patchwork of dormant grass, dirt and random clumps of grass. The bunkers not maintained. But worst of all are the greens. On the good side they are lush with grass and look beautiful. But they are so slow it's like putting on a shag carpet. They used to be quick and perfect. Too bad, it could be a good course, but not now.

Fun course overall
Horrible pace of play. Other than that really enjoyable course
Avoid if at all possible.
If courses were rated on a 0-100 scale, with Augusta being 100, Arrowhead is an 8. Its maybe 2 degrees about Waterman was 2 weeks before it closed. In other words, management has given up.
