Conditions are as good as they have been in a while
Conditions are good for there, pace was fast in the morning, hard to beat the price. Good short game practice with a few opportunities to bring out the driver still.
Great course for the money!
I’ve played a lot of courses so I can’t give a perfect here, but I can say that if you’re looking for a fun and challenging par 3 with opportunities to really smash your long irons, or 3 wood, this is the spot.
Hidden in the middle of San Diego, this course is a nice spot for working on your short game, and/or having a blast with friends.
The greens are “not bad”
Very bumpy in some spots with different colored grass. So it adds a different level challenge when putting.
Lots of places to lose your balls! So hit ‘em straight!
Not great boys
The greens were 3 colors boys there isn’t a fairway and the the straights were more than a nun on Christmas. There’s no signage anywhere and the carts are gravel/dirt. The people working there were great and super friendly. For what you’re paying it’s fine but don’t expect anything great
This is a nice executive course for 18 holes. Good for your short game it’s narrow as well.
This course will definitely challenge you. You have to hit the ball straight if you hook or slice, you’ll be losing balls all day. Some of the holes are definitely narrow. Overall, it’s a nice executive course for 18 holes.
Tecolote Challenge
Great old time course. Water on one side, canyon on the other makes this course a challenge. It's good, do it!
Fun and moderately challenging great for improving short game
Ball washers need servicing
Several ball washers were dry, a couple smelled like the sewer.
Once upon a Time…
This is an old Sam Snead track that used to be fun. Course was the poorest I have ever seen it. Tee boxes in poor shape. Fairways had a lot of bare spots. Golf carts were all in poor shape. All the greens were punched and sanded so this was not a hot deal at the hot deal price.
