Tucked away in the hills of San Juan Capistrano, San Juan Golf Course is situated midway between Los Angeles and San Diego. Its location is conveniently close to Legoland, Disneyland, the San Diego Zoo, and miles of sandy beaches. The championship golf course underwent a major renovation of its fairways and greens, making them some of the best in south Orange County. The layout consists of a diverse array of holes that range in length from short to long and some are hilly while others are flatter. Being a public golf course and having a versatile layout, San Juan G.C. is a popular place for tournaments and events. At either end of the course there are practice facilities as well. On the west side you'll find a putting green and sand bunker as well as a chipping area, and on the other end you'll find a grass driving range.

Twilight fun
Tee’d off as a single for twilight and had a great time. Fairways and greens look great.
Not bad at all.
Fun layout. Some dry patches here and there, but every course in So Cal has there dry patches. Quality course for the price.
Nice track
Nice track The course is in fair condition of course it is wet after all the rain there are some bare spots in the fairways but the greens are very good they hold well and Putt very true. the starter was very nice got us out early
Surprised in a good way
The game was friendly, the course was interesting and the greens were great. Nice people on staff and very helpful. Will play again soon.

Every aspect was spot on according to the description provided - picturesque, challenging, rewarding with very friendly staff and amazing facilities. Right at the top for southern O.C. public course.
Friday Golf
Very fun round. Course was in good shape. However, the round was extremely slow. Group in front of us had 6 people and we were waiting almost every tee box.

Best green s on a public course in south OC. Excellent pace of play! Can't wait to play again.
Fix your ball marks and divots people!
First time playing this course, The layout is good, short holes are tight and tuff. Fairways are nice. The problem is nobody fixes ball marks on the greens, or divots in the fairways. I have never seen greens with more old and new unrepaired ball marks EVER hundreds on the 18 th green. Club needs to enforce this and demand that players do it, very disrespectful players. Club marks from angry players, ridiculous!

started at 5:30 PM decent pace of play, played 14 holes.
Dinner on the patio, Service was slow, food okay.
