Palm Valley Golf Club - North/West

Course was not in great condition. I would not recommend to anyone. We most likely won’t be coming back.

Course was awesome definitely will be playing this course when I visit phoenix again. Thought the rental clubs were a little pricey for seventy five dollars but they were quality clubs came with six balls and some tees not too bad at all..

I played the South and the West course. The south course was in good condition. The layout was straightforward. The West course wasn't in that great of conditions. I'm from out of town so for $135 I expect better condition than the West course. Also, there needs to be more signs on the West course. #10 was a dogleg with water on the left.

Very forgiving but still a decent challenge. Pace was good and the course was in great shape.

Wide fairways. Traps are in very good condition. Green decent.

Really enjoyed this course. Not too hard but some challenging holes. Great service from the staff, nice driving range, course in great shape and a good value

Coarse not in to bad of shape. 1st time on the west coarse. was expecting more, not really impressed. I actually liked the old short coarse 18 that was there first.

This course has a great layout. It used to be a great value for the average golfet.

Now it is over priced and they have not kept up the course!

Played the courses last year. The course condition was worse this year. Not as good a shape; greens looked like they had a problem. The price had nearly doubled from the previous year, so the value really went down. A little over priced now for the condition. Food was good.

Round took 5 hours which isn’t terrible, but it should’ve taken 4. Two groups in front of us were Canadian and spent more time talking to the cart girl than playing golf. The cart girl spent almost the entire back nine following them around and even got out of her cart to walk with them. They were significantly behind the groups in front of them. Marshall would drive by and just wave without telling them to speed up. Why have a Marshall if they don’t do anything?

Fairways were in decent shape. Greens were very inconsistent. Tee boxes hadn’t been mowed and mirrored length of the rough.

Challenging layout, challenging greens. The tee boxes, fairways and greens were in good shape, some dry brown patches only. Greens roll try with lots of contour. Excellent practice facilities with unlimited free balls with your round and a large chipping putting area. A fair value although at the higher end for the conditions.

Last year we played Palm Valley and thought it was outstanding. In really good shape, awesome value for the price, and planned to play it 3 times his year.

Now the price has nearly doubled, it was in poorer condition (still ok but not as good), and we got got stuck playing cart path only. That was a killer as the cart paths are extremely far from the fairways. It took well over 5 hours and we were exhausted due to all the extra steps it took to play. We cancelled our next tee time. I realize that the cart path only was an anomaly, but coupled with the price hike made it less than enjoyable. They should have lowered the price that day, but didn’t. Whatever happened that caused the changes from last year, I hope they fix it because now it is average at best.
