Sunnyvale Municipal Golf Course

Made a late reservation for Sunnyvale. I was able to use one of my credits so that was a bonus. The round took a bit over 4 1/2 hours, so not too bad. The twosome in front of our foursome was a bit slow. They weren't paying attention at times and weren't on the tee box when the preceding group had finished. I had to prompt them to tee off! But a nice Sunday afternoon.

Overall great course not much to say. Green we’re wet but we played at 8am so that’s expected. Pace of play was great!

So this review is a little bit partial to me as I scored the best round of my 45 year old life. Weather was perfect. My swing was on point finally for a full day. Shot 72 from whites. No mullis. No lost balls. 2 birds 🐦 4 bogeys 12 pars. Need I say more? My 6 year old son also had a blast and played all 18.

We checked in and the staff was super nice. Mike was very helpful. He let us know they’re running a little behind which was fine but when we got out on the course, it was worse. The front 9 took 2:45m and the back was a little faster, since people left at the turn. We didn’t see the marshal until the 13th hole. We asked him if there was a tournament ahead of us or why it was slow and he said “just another day at Sunnyvale” what??? Isn’t that ur job to keep people moving? SMH
