I Recommend This Course
A Good Muni Track
Sunnyvale Golf Course is a good muni track. It is flat but there are plenty of bunkers, contouring around the greens and plenty of water to keep you on your toes. Unfortunately, the greens had been recently plugged and sanded so they were very, very slow and bumpy. There are some rough and bare spots on the sides of the fairways. But the course is well layed out to make it interesting to play. And, if you are lucky, you will be entertained by some of the planes landing at nearby Moffett Field.

Caution - Aerification Without Warning
It's necessary to perform maintenance but NOT telling players until they check in is just plain wrong. Staff just shrugged their shoulders. This course should also get a big negative for noise being set between 2 freeways. First & last time for me.

A Nice Muni Course
This golf course condition is in a good condition and the green is well maintained even water is limited in California nowadays. The course is a bit short and is good for walking. Plan to go back play.
