Professional Courtesy???????

There’s a 24 hour cancellation policy. I get it. Had a 9:50 am tee time for a SINGLE on June 12. Called at 11:00 am on June 11 to cancel. The “gentleman” on the phone tells me my credit card will be charged EVEN IF THEY SELL THE TIME TO ANOTHER PERSON. When I asked why they would charge me even if someone else bought it, his response was (brace yourself): “We are not going to reward you for cancelling within our 24 hour policy.” Reward me??? Call me crazy, but I just think it would be a courtesy to not charge someone for something you sell to somebody else. If they have an overcrowding problem, they now have one less customer to worry about.

Great course for the money.

Greens were fast, fairways are in good condition. The only downside was the pace of play, but I guess that is the new normal on most public courses. Definitely worth it.
