Executive course. Golfer friendly
It it was a great course to play. Super fun,. Pace of play ..fantastic! We never felt rushed from behind.
This course needs to put money into it
The tee boxes are pads surrounded by dirt and the greens are smaller than my kitchen. Other than that it was fun.
New ownership
I used to really like this place. It’s one of the few courses around here at has an 18 hole par 3 course. They have recently changed ownership and they taken a turn for the worse. Granted, the grass was never the best and with the heavy rains, this place has become a muddy mess. I wouldn’t mind that so much, but they recently removed all the ball washers. They don’t have a single ball washer through all 18 holes. Also, the pace of play here is on the slower side, so I used to take a seat while the people ahead of used finished. I can’t even do that because they removed the benches as well! I don’t know if I’ll continue to come here if this is the way the new management is going to run the course.
Need to lay sod around mats (hard dirt surrounds and with all this rain that would have been a smart/nice move.
Alondra Golf Course
Good course to learn how to play. Doesn’t cost much but conditions aren’t very good at all. If you are barely starting to learn how to golf I’d say this course is fine. If your a half decent player then I’d say stay away from this course.
Good round in the rain
The pace was easy as there were not a lot of players out due
to the pending rain. A
few holes were aerated; made putting a challenge. Good value for a Friday. Would return.
Great bang for buck but...
Course layout is not intuitive. 4-5 holes are difficult to find (i.e. you have to crossover another hole.). You will need a map to find the the next hole. Other than that, it's a great bang for buck par 3 (18 hole) course
