Very wet condition as you would expect with the rain the last few days. Greens were in very good shape. Fairways in winter Condition . 90 degree rule in effect

Pace of play was fine. Course in good shape. Greens in very good shape.

I played here a ton of times when I was growing up so I wanted to get back out there bad! The place hasn’t changed much at all which is good, the layout is awesome (I prefer Red to White) which are the original 18. The blue course is solid too though. I live in Florida and absolutely love all the elevation changes this course has. Only reason I went four stars on course condition is that for some reason the staff had all of us cart path only. Normally I am all for CPO if the course is wet, but it was not. The problem then became the mass quantity of unfilled divots in the fairways. I quickly figured out the hardest part of the course was the greens, leave yourself in the wrong spot and good luck two putting. Leave yourself in the right spot below the hole and you can score on this course. Lastly, as we stood on the first tee, the pace of play looked like it was going to be a disaster, but it moved along fine with very little waiting in between shots. Definitely will be back!

This was my first time playing this course. Nice open fairways,, with some trees to navigate. Greens are in good shape but fast and tricky pin placements. I would recommend this course

The fairways and greens were great condition; not much leaves on the fairways.

Course in good shape for late fall and recent wet rainy weather. Greens were very fast and in excellent shape for time of year. Pace of play was average for a holiday week and a pleasantly warm sunny day.

It took over 4.5 hrs.

3 of the players didn't show up, but the course keep announcing for them.

They should know if they checked in or not

before the starting time.

There are too many leaves on the court. And it's very hard to find your golf balls.

This was my first time on this course and it was a great experience. Very busy today, but all staff that we encountered were calm, collected, and very courteous. The pace of play was quick but not rushed. I'd call the course condition excellent with very few rough areas. This was well worth the hour drive from Cumming!

Who doesn’t like playing here? That is the biggest problem...so popular. Our round took over 4:5 hours which felt slow at times. It didn’t help that two guys decided to cut in front of us while we were playing the first hole....and the marshal didn’t do anything about it when we mentioned it. What good is he. Must have been his buddies.

Played weekday after morning rain, so was able to finish in 3.5 hours.

Fairways and greens were very nice. Greens were large and well maintained. Bunkers were in good condition.

This is 1990's vintage, large sub-development course, so distance between greens and tee boxes are significant. Not a course you would want to walk.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Overall, a nice experience.
