Fields Ferry Golf Club

I've played this course many times over the past 10 years. The staff is great. The course is a challenge if you wish it to be (tee choices). Plenty of room for the occasional stray tee shot (not too narrow) Playing in February usually means giving up on good (or even reasonable) conditions, especially greens. Even dormant, greens rolled fast and true. Excellent Value. Fields Ferry will remain in my playing rotation. You should add it to yours!

Fields Ferry is always in good shape. Even after two inches of rain and cart path only, it was very playable. I was very surprised that there were not more players out for a very nice Sunday afternoon.

One of these days I am going to remember to take one more club than I think I need for the approach to 16. Better up on the top shelf than in the drink!

The new greens are top notch. I'll be going back for sure.

Very fun course to play. Always in good shape year around. There are some challenging holes but you can score well if you don't try to force shots.

Lots of beautiful vistas. There are some homes surrounding the course but not on the interior.

Although I rode this time, it is a walkable course. It would be a good workout, though.

Awesome layout. Hard and fast greens. If you are looking far a great bang for your buck, this is the place. I only wish the bunkers were more consistent.

I've been going to this course a few times a year for the last ten years and it has never disappointed me. It is fairly wide open so the less accurate players can still enjoy being there but in order to score well you have to be precise and manage risks and rewards. The greens are consistent and moderately quick the fairways are great and the rough is a good compromise of punishment and playable. For the price there are very few courses is rather play.

Staff told us that "two somes have no priority" when we were stuck behind a 5 some! So I have been playing golf for 46 yerars and competitive golf for about 20 years and never heard of such.

We booked on Golf Now and was great value. We just quit Woodland Hills because they allowed five and six somes on Saturday AM.
We will be back many more times. Greens are in ok shape a few had some winter burn.

Fairways the best around
Greens are little slow but great condition

Fields fairy redone their green's a few years ago by changing them to championship bermuda and they had been decent ever since up until now. They were some of the worst greens I have ever played apart from green's being plugged, other than the green's the course has always been a pretty nice layout.

It has been years since I played this course and although it was cart path only due to rain earlier we had a great experience. Staff was very friendly had got us off early which helped the pace of play. The greens were recently aerified so they were a little slow but still rolled good.

It's a challenging, fun place to play ! Great staff at the clubhouse. Great food.

Fairways and greens were in great shape. I had not played this course in quite a few years but was pleasantly surprised with the conditions.

Not a fan of this course at all. To begin with I get in the cart and proceed to the car to load our clubs up and some old man comes yelling out of the clubhouse about how you can't take the carts in the lot so I said ok I didn't know and he said u can't read the sign? Which was tucked in the bushes on a pole. 1st hole I had to hit my second shot over a bulldozer and a bunch of Mexicans laying sod in the middle of the fAirway. Also every single green was pretty much all sand and hard as a rock. No divot tool needed here

Hazards and bunkers were placed in just the right locations to make it challenging but not impossible. Everything was well maintained and we had a great day. Definitely will go back.

Greens were in top notch condition and fast for a public course, But challenging and very fun at the same time.

Challenging green. Normally this course is perfect. But fairways have been aerated recently. Still a great course. One of my favorites!

It was a fun round of golf and great deal. The weather was perfect. Number 16 jumped up a bit me again, but still a great hole. It's always fun to come back to Fields Ferry. I do wish the fairways were not dormant, but there is nothing they can do about that.
