West Pines Golf Club

Tee boxes are 6/10, Fairways are 8/10, Greens are 7/10, layout is 9/10, golf carts are 10/10. Solid 4 star course. Good for friends and if it wasn’t so far from buckhead, I’d take clients here. Friendly staff as well. 110% value for the money.

It has some long at 4 holes off the blue tees. 6300. I would recommend playing white tees to have a fun day if you are a decent golfer and you usally play 6000. Still had fun though. Played with a couple local guys. It has water running through it too so pay attention to those holes.

Really nice golf course I n good condition. Pace of play was excellent for a Saturday afternoon. Finished in 4hrs, rarely waited.

Very good greens, fairways and bunkers. Awesome course, but challenging. Only issue is there is a ton of very old players which makes the pace unbearable at times.

Really great golf course. Beautiful layout with some great risk reward holes.

Great course for being a muni! Best muni I have ever played and ranks above a lot of private clubs close buy *cough cough* chapel hills. Overall, course is kept is great shape, greens get slow at times but don't be surprised when you show up and they are running at 11. Grass is always thick tee to green and the occasion of a poorly kept bunker as play can get super busy. Club house is small but everything you need... except some hotdogs... it's so simple.

Practice putting green is more of a chipping green but can definitely be used for dead straight 10 footer and in practice.

Course layout is great and starts off with one of the toughest 3 holes stretches in the area. Back nine is gettable and finishes off with a super tough, long Par 3. And the square bunkers are pretty cool!

Definitely worth the play especially for 30 bucks on the week day.

Enjoyed playing West Pines for the first time this week. The course was challenging but not overwhelming. The club house has no food, except for snacks and drinks. Sandwiches and hot dogs are offered on the course through the cart girls. There are some water hazards that you need to be aware of and as a first time player, was challenging to work around them on blind shots. Overall, a good value and I’d play there again.
