Down Hill
course has gone downhill over past couple of years. It was always in good shape, but now disregarding the cold winter, there are many worn places with no grass or even soil. Not really worth the price..
Very difficult
Drive placement is essential for a fun round. Need to play with someone who knows the course, if not you'll lose a bucket of balls.
Strange Maintenance Process
Mowers on greens had removed all pins on back nine so could only estimate where hole was by the pin placement chart.
Back nine is easier than front.
Not bad after 3 inches of snow that week.....
Pace of place was good especially after a long layoff of many players. With three inches of snow during the week the grounds crew did a great job getting the course ready and clearing the now away...Not much they could do for the wet grounds...
Challenge/Good variety of fairways/
Hey folks fix your ball divots on the Greens its part of sport ....Fairways are a challenge and good variety. Greens are well cared for. Come back you bet.. Loved it
Nice course. Narrow passages and a reasonable amount of water
I have only been playing a few years. This course was a great challenge. Many long holes, but there are narrow passages. You really have to hit very accurately. I lost more balls here than I have ever lost on a course. A few par 3 holes, but don't be deceived by the short distances. 18th hole plays to an island in the lake. Very beautiful and tricky.
Very well maintained in October. Rich thick grass on the fairways. Although this was the most challenging course I have been on this fall, I will surely go again when I see a discount.
Great Layout, Love the Fairways!!
Tis golf course is one of my all time favorites, the staff is very friendly and helpful. I will for sure return!
Greens were not in good shape
Many of the greens had significant disease and putting was uneven and bumpy on many of the greens. Fairways were in reasonable shape but the tee boxes were long and needed to be mowed
A comfortable 18
Course has some very difficult holes and some very easy ones. Three of the par 3s were quite short. A couple of greens need some work. Course in good shape for most of the holes. Back nine much more scenic than front.
Good course
Needs the second cut of rough to be cut. Lost more balls around the greens that I should have.
One of the best courses around.
I really enjoying playing this course. You have to play smart or you'll post a high number on any given hole. Fairways and greens were in great condition.
This is a nice course.
This course has some challenging holes and some forgiving holes. A nice mix of both. Although I have played here before, golf on Fridays can be a little busy.Started the day off with a group cutting in front of my group at the start. Then they played very slow. Mentioned the problems to the marshal and nothing done. It happened again at hole 11. Spoke with marshal again, nothing done. Ended up taking 5 hours to play. Was a little annoyed, but still enjoyed the game and course. The course was well maintained and very green due to all the rain. Roughs are a little deep, but adds a challenge to stay on fairways. Some tee boxes and greens were a little impacted. Overall a good course.
Very fair course layout for average golfers.
Greens and fairway in very good condition, bunkers need attention. Players need to be more responsible and repair divots and ball marks. Pace of play was really slow on Sunday. 5 hours!
Very friendly informative staff
The course is well maintained and the staff is extremely friendly
Great Course and challanging
The couse has a few narrow fairways that make you think the hole thru. Great experiance.
Hidden Gem
Nice facility with winding tree lines that have to be worked through in a wooded neighborhood setting. Course greens are fast and in great shape. Mix of short holes and a hand full of hard ones that par is a good score. Little deep on the west side but worth the trip.
I enjoyed my 2 rounds at Creekside very much.
I found the fairways to be a challenge on the drive. Most fairways on the P4's & P5's angled one way or the other making it difficult even with a long drive to settle in the middle of the fairway versus running off. But I really enjoyed my rounds there.
Best shape of any course I've played this year.
I wish I could lie and say the golf course was in awful shape to keep the crowds away, but I can't. It is absolutely beautiful right now. Green and lush ! Perfect greens and fairways are not far behind. Better hit it straight the first 13 holes then hit it long the rest of the way in. Shot-makers course.
