Course is in great shape !
Great shape, but if you have not played it before I recommend playing with someone who has. It has some challenging dog-legs with water. Great Course
Course in great condition
Course was very well manicured and the greens were great . They were a little slow do to the sand ,but ran pretty true . A little less break than normally. Still in growing out period in fairways but in very good condition for this time of year.
great finishing hole!
The greens are in bad shape. Way to much sand on back 9. Pace of play was very slow. Had to start on back 9 because of high school match.
Challenging course if you can't place your shots.
Creekside is a really nice and well maintained course. The course is not what I consider to be long, but the holes are so spread out that you will want to ride unless you really enjoy long hikes. The fairways are still dormant as expected this time of year, but all of my shots that stayed in the fairway were on good thick bermuda to give me a good chance of a clean hit. The greens have just been recently aerated but they will be back to excellent condition shortly.
There are a good number of bunkers and water is in play, so this course isn't ideal for beginners learning how to hit the ball. But once you can start placing most of your shots you will enjoy playing this course. On a number of the holes you won't see the green until you get closer and water can sneak up on you your first time out. The key here is to play smart and not just try to crush the ball out there.
Creek side
Course is a good value for the money. Condition is in line with what you would expect for the money.
Cannot move marks on the bars EVER
Staff seems put out every time I go out, as if they are being ripped off.
Nothing open, just implied.
staff is very friendly, play moved well for a busy day..
staff was very friendly and tried to move the tee times along well for a busy day. My only negative comment would be, that a couple of greens seemed to have different speeds. But this may be winter golf conditions.
good course lay out
Course rewards good shots, greens in good shape and challenging because you have to work the ball both ways. Hole number 14 is super challenging, 468 from the tips and 2nd shot over water and all carry. Usually plays into the wind. Good track
Six (6) hour round of golf is unacceptable
Took Six (6) hours to play a round of golf. Clearly overbooking tee times. Pace of play was almost as bad as the condition of the greens. Every green was heavily covered with leaves. This made putting very difficult and frustrating. These were NOT new fallen leaves. It appeared to us that the leaves had been accumulating for several days. We played the day after Thanksgiving, but there is no excuse that course management couldn't put someone out in the morning with a leaf blower.
Tough course if you don't hit a fairly strait ball/ Can get you into trouble. Good tee boxes, fairways and nice but tough greens.
Well worth the money. The staff also makes it a good course
Greens are excellent
Greens are excellent and fast. Fairways are full and mowed low. Most tee boxes are in good shape. Bunkers still need some work. Paid $20 on Golf Now- great deal !
The staff is super friendly.
Several greens need serious attention. Several bunkers were packed so solid that they wouldn't even leave foot prints. Lost several balls in the rough grass just a few feet from the fairways because the grass was too tall.
Tough course made tougher by the course conditions.
Alot of blind shots. You may hit a good shot, but you'll have to take a penalty stroke anyway, because your ball just won't bite. The fairways and greens are hard as a rock. You'll find that you hit a higher score on this course no matter what time of year you play it.
This Course is Very good Place to play GOLF and have Fun!
I like this course because it is not extremely long but will accept a good length drive. The Fairway's are Bermuda and very nice. the greens have very little roll in them. Just fair Undulations. The clientele are fun to play a round with and some are quite good players. This is course has an Unbelievable Membership rates. One I am going to get is $100 down and $60/per month what is called the Par Membership. And this course is only 13.4 miles from my door.
this course has great specials, staff is very friendly
front nine is a little tight, you better be hitting it straight. back nine is a little more open. I like to use most of my clubs in a round, and this course will allow you to do that. decisions must be made a few times whether to go for it, or to lay up. greens were a little roughed up (splotches here and there), but were rolling true, and the splotches very rarely came in to play. I 'have' noticed that quite a few golfers hit from the blues, and a lot of them can't make it to the reds, which slows down the round. However, I"ve played this course a half dozen times now, and really enjoy it.
Good course for the price.
Course in good condition and pace of place excellent.
OK to play but only on a hot deal.
Overall is OK. Some holes need attention. Service could be better. Pace is OK on weekdays but bad on weekends. For me, not worth paying full price, but is an OK value on a hot deal.
very fun course
The pace of play was great, and the course was in great shape to be late summer. I will play this course again!!
Fun course
Creekside is a lot of fun and a bit challenging. We enjoy this course very much and will return frequently. Still can not believe the deal we got to play the course here on GOLFNOW.
