A good fun layout. Fairways normal for winter in Georgia. They have lost their greens for the winter.

Greens are terrible even tho they are redoing the whole course, I wouldn't think they would have been so bad. I will try again next summer when the course has been completely overhauled.

This, in my opinion, is one of the nicest course set ups. I'm a 20 handicapper, and the course plays well for me. There are water to hit over or avoid on most holes. The course isn't so long that I can reach most greens in regulation (a couple were out of my range.) I played with my son, who is a +2 handicap, and he enjoyed the course as well. For the money, one of the best courses on the south side of Atlanta.

we couldn,t believe there were no restrooms on the course. no ball washers and the tree marker were well hidden in overgrown bushs, got lost several times, we were informed the greens were in trouble and that was ok. they are going to revamp the course during the winter. eagle brook country club a better choice, but for 25 dollars it fit the bill on the way to florida

Greens have not come in. We're not aware that greens were under repair

This course is in terrible shape. It's condition (greens) is absolutely atrocious. Only one or two greens had any grass of significance.. This course should close until they totally de-do the greens. Oh, and the cart paths are in terrible shape as well!one

The course is great. They are reseeding the greens and redoing a number of the bunkers, which is understandable. Other than that, the course is great, water comes into play on almost every hole, the scenery is awesome, for those times when the game isn't going well

Great value, greens being reseeded and sandtraps full of water but enjoyed a fun day of golf.

Although the Cotton Fields is usually a nice place to play, they just re-seeded the greens so there is literally no turf. You are putting on sand and dead turf. No kidding, the greens are completely brown. This was not mentioned at the time of booking, which was very disappointing. The bunkers are a mess and the greens surrounds are sopping wet and haven't been mowed in a long time. I would recommend playing elsewhere for the next month or two until the greens grow in.

I thought at $15 this was the best deal I ever saw knowing the golf... but when I got there and played the first hole I could see why it was such a great price. The absolute worst greens I ever played.

This course has a fun layout, but the greens were being reseeded and there was sand all over them. Will be very enjoyable once greens are done but would have been nice to know beforehand and gotten a discount for the conditions.

Greens were in terrible shape and rates didn't reflect that. Wish i had known that before booking.....

This once was my favorite course. Since its sale a year or so back, it has gone by the waste side. The practice greens were brown to black. Several of the greens were just the same. Most unfortunate. One can only hope they get it together soon.

No grass on the green and there was no warning. The staff was not freindly at all. I've play this course many time before, couldn't belive it.

I'm not sure where to begin with this course. I have been playing here for 10 years, and recently playedfor the first time in a few months here since I moved. The greens were ccompletely gone. I understand they were punched (we weren't informed of this at booking) but these greens didn't look like they could be revived. The fairways were very bare in some spots. The cart paths were unpassible in some spots. There wasn't a decent bunker out there.. some were completely empty and roped off while the ones that did have sand were about "1/4 deep. I'm not sure where to put a positive on this course now, I certainly won't be back.

Great cost savings when utilizing the app for Last Minute Golfer. Course not far from residense.

Greens are gone the fairways crabgrass not good but notva lot of ppl on course

Greens in poor condition with crabgrass. Really needs improvement. Other than that no real problems with the course.

The course overall was o.k.; however, the greens were not in good condition. Lots of patches and four leaf weeds on the putting surface. The only good thing about the greens is that all players had to put on the same greens so it equaled out the difficulty.
