Much Better
The course looks much better with the renovations. Tee boxes look much better than being all sand,as well as the greens!
Affordable Metro Atlanta
Reasonable priced course that really lets you work on your short game. Challenging rolling greens that are in good condition. Short par 4's that depending on your length you can reach off the tee. It's a fun course that can be played in less than three hours.
short game practice
Course is in nice shape. Greens are quick/better than I expected them to be. A lot of short par threes, with a handful of short par fours. Most holes are in the 100-130yd range (from back tees).... but a great place to work on wedges and putting.... slow pace of play, waited on almost every hole, on a Wednesday afternoon, when the course was not very crowded.

Walked 6 miles with cart!
Too many hills for 73 year old knees. Fitbit said I did the equivalent of 36 flights of stairs! Worn out at the end of the round though temps were in upper 70's with total cloud cover.
Good course for seniors
It has a lot of par 3 s but they are short but challenging.
Great Executive Course
Just purchased a new set of irons this course was just what I needed to test them out get the perspective of distance to club had a great round

Nice Executive Course
For a mostly course consisting primarily of Par 3's, this is a decent course. The greens are in good condition and the fairways, for the most part, are well maintained. The tee boxes are not in good shape. Additionally, the length of the par 3's are all similar, so I kept pulling the same club out of my bad for each hole. But, to sneak in a quick round at a reasonable rate, it's hard to complain too much.
Great Course for A Low Price
This was my first time playing this course and I really enjoyed it. There are a lot of par 3 holes and the course is great for a beginner golfer. Definitely will play this course again. I did not like their sister course Fox Creek.
Very fun
I played this course with my son and we had a great time! The course was in really good shape and although not terribly difficult it was interesting and well thought out. I would definitely want to play this again very soon. The course staff could not have been nicer!
Slow and backed up
The weather was great but the course was overbooked. The staff should have known the they were out of carts and backed up. Went to play by myself and was teamed up with 2 other people....
Great course, fun to play
We played the 18 holes on this course that had 4- par 4's and rest par 3's. It was a fun course and an enjoyable day. Several of the holes were challenging due to the narrow fairway close to water. One of our group got a hole in one on #8 which was the #1 handicap hole. First one for her!
Short iron heaven
We had a really great day. The course was not packed so we moved along real well. It is a great place to work on hitting greens and putting. There is enough slope in the greens to create a challenge. The par 4s are short but a little narrow. All in all it is a good experience.

Great course with great pace of play and also has a driving range and kept if very good condition
Improving course conditions
Legacy is an executive course with many par 3s and few par 4s. The course is currently under new management, so it is undergoing some changes. Some of the changes are already great, for example the fairways are more lush. The bunkers are currently being redone, but in a few months the course will look great. The greens are the best to putt on in the Atlanta area. This course will be in prime condition during the summer months.
Play early
We played a round at 9:20am and the pace of play was great. We went back to try and get another round in at 1:40pm and the pace of play was awful. This course is known to get a lot of "non-golfers" who tend to play very slowly. We ended up quitting after 3 holes as we were an hour in. The course was in great shape though and would recommend going early if you'd like to play.
HAS BEED BOUGHT OUT - A Good Thing
The legacy course is an 18 hole par three executive styled course. It's been in existence for many years. Mosaic has taken over management and is in the process of making major improvements to the grounds and the buildings. Right now the course is rough. The Sandtrap's just have Drainage gravel in them. There's red mud in spots where they'll be Grass growing eventually.
NOTE:
Watch out for poison ivy when you retrieve your ball out of the Woodland areas. Much of the brush and undergrowth has been turned up so you may not even realize you're standing in a poison ivy patch.
We like the course to practice our short game.
