About
Bartlett Hills Golf Club has been a favorite Chicagoland golf destination since it first opened in 1929. To keep the layout up to modern standards, it has undergone many changes over the years but it still has the same classic character. At 6,463 yards from the back tees, this traditional layout might not be long but it still provides a fair test. Rather than distance, the golf course demands smart play and accurate shot placement thanks to narrow, tree-lined fairways and several tricky doglegs. You might not have many chances to use your driver but you'll definitely get some iron practice. There isn't too much trouble off of the tees at Bartlett Hills G.C. But greenside you'll be faced with nearly 30 strategically placed bunkers and water hazards come into play on seven holes, which include some forced carries.

Solid course got a great deal and had a blast. Will be back
Fantastic Greens
Can’t find better greens in all Chicagoland. Greens are true to any putt line. These greens are as good as some PGA courses I’ve played on. If you miss putts it is not any greens issue and I missed a few because of my pace to the cups.

Hidden Gem in Bartlett
Bartlett Hills is a fantastic find in suburban Bartlett. Though a bit out of the way, this wonderful course packs a tremendous punch, challenging golfers of all skill levels with high-caliber shot making opportunities, undulating (and not easily read) greens, and great all-around conditions at a very fair fee. The clubhouse and staff are great too, the clubhouse having a veranda overlooking the Par-3 18th hole. This is a great course to host a 4-some with friends, or a larger event..

Good Track, reasonably maintained, Friendly Staff
One of the better designed courses in the area. Hilly with elevation changes on every hole. The challenge comes from the narrow fairways, especially with 20-25 mph wind. Greens are in excellent condition. However, the fairways and areas surrounding the greens are compacted clay/mud. As the weather gets warmer, hopefully these problem areas will improve. I would certainly go back and play it on a less windy day.

Beautiful Easter Day for golf.
My husband has played Bartlett but Easter was my first time. The course was in great shape. The greens were running pretty dry but they rolled great.
Due to Covid there of course are restrictions but nothing different then anywhere else. First time and shot a 91 even with an 8 so I was happy. I will definitely play here again.

Well Run
Enjoyed my time at Bartlett Hills. Got there early and waited until at least a 3-some was set up on the 1st tee. Play moved well with no waiting on any hole. Foursome in front of us kept a good pace. Course distances played true to scorecard so it was helpful to be teed up at published yardage. .I had 5 birdies, 2 bogies for a net 68. Thanks for have this course organized and providing a great place to play.
