Not bad, not grest
My tee time was 7 am, first tee time of the day. I sure wish the guy who was clearing all the moisture from the greens started BEFORE our tee time. Do you know how hard it is to putt on a soaked green?! I easily lost 6 strokes due to this. Otherwise, nice course.
Great course conditions
I’ve played this course numerous times this year from early April till today . This is the best shape I’ve ever seen it , not just this year , but Eve .
No one works here
if you like playing on dirt this is your course.
good luck ever trying to get ahold of the club house. lost my club and the pro shop has never picked up. have called multuple times and left multiple voicemails.
Nice number of par 4's
I enjoyed the course and will play it again. I was delighted by the number of par 4's.
Cart was awful, delay startup each time I wanted to take off. Course lacked some maintenance.
good value at VO GC
Villa Olivia GC was a pleasant round on a very hot day. There are ample trees near every tee box, to get out of the sun.It was low cost, mostly because some tees are well chewed up. But greens were in good shape and fairways were decent too. No range and no senior (gold) tees or hybrid white/red tees lowere the rating as well. Very friendly staff, pro-shop & starter, gave golfers a good feeling, getting ready for their round.Only pet peeve was, although the have 100,& 200 yard discs, those were not trimmed so they were very hard to see. Only the striped pole at 150 yard in, were easy to spot. Many folks have GPS on their watch or a Sky Caddie, but those "old school" yardage markers, if trimmed, would speed up play & add one more item to make club selection easier. Overall, it's pretty well done, and I'll be back.
