Port at Harborside International Golf Center

I checked in at the pro shop and asked if I could reschedule my tee time to anther day due to the rain and was told that they couldn’t and that I’d have to contact GolfNow to reschedule. I golfed on drenched fairways and greens.

Well kept, rolling greens links style course. Some can be quite challenging for the average golfer. Pace of play was subpar but likely due to rain delay and going Saturday morning. Very nice course

The courses was immaculate, the staff were very friendly, especially Mr. David Abrams

For an expensive golf course they should have cart paths that don’t have potholes all over. The greens are good but the sand traps need to have more maintenance on them. The layout is excellent but they are overlooking the small details that make a great property

Course in great shape, I only wish the fairways were drier. Overall love Harborside!

Showed up early and found the range under repair until 10 minutes before my tee time which was disappointing but not that big of a deal. Asked starter if I could get off early since they weren’t particularly busy. He immediately got me off an hour early which was great. Played 18 as a single in 2:20 minutes playing through only one foursome. Granted that’s unusual but their quickly accommodating moving my time up combined with all the other nice aspects like the course being in great shape, beverage carts, a nice clubhouse, etc makes it still the premier public links in Chicago.

Hot day, but the course play great. Ruff was a little touch. The greens were great as always. Staff was outstanding.

Challenging course. Rough too difficult for most players.
