Sunday's Finest
First time out to Palatine Hills and was quite impressed. The course was in great condition and the greens rolled true. Some tricky pin placements, so you need to plan your approach carefully. Nice range available, but the hidden gem is the large short game practice area. Could spend an hour there fixing my game. Staff was great and the refreshment cart was always nearby. Finished a Sunday round on just over 4 hours! I'll be back for sure.

Great Value!
I get up to play Palatine Hills a couple of times a year. I always enjoy it. I just played on June 5th and the course is in good shape and it has several challenging holes. For only $48.00 you can walk the 18. Even if you pay the additional $20.00 for a cart, I believe it's a great value! Thanks to everyone there. We were treated well by all the staff.

Good course
You start off with the starter telling you 90 degrees why I don't know it hasn't rained in Forever only course I can remember that does not have windshields for the carts when did they made play tough course was in Nice condition

Don’t be discouraged by the range
The course is in better condition then most for this time of year. My compliments to the superintendent. The greens were rolling well and the bunkers were maintained for the most part.
The course was inconsistent with having rakes in the bunkers. Some had rakes, some didn’t.
This is a good course with a decent short game area. The range here is the only downer. It’s fine for a quick warmup but wouldn’t waste my time to use the facility to practice. The range is short with a net at the back. You can only hit off mats. The range balls are more expensive then just about anywhere around. $4 for 15 balls ? Really?
Bottom line...... nice course ...... forget the range

Overpriced for the Experience
While the course was in decent condition (notwithstanding the slit aeration on all the greens) the cost of cart rental was obnoxious. $20 per person for a cart that came without a windshield, any USB ports and most importantly any GPS whatsoever! Staff said they were comparable to the Schaumburg Golf Course as far as pricing goes but Schaumburg has carts with all the amenities, plus they recently finished the renovation of the entire ccourse. Save your $$ and find a tee time elsewhere unless Palatine Hills updates their cart pricing and makes some course renovations to the several holes that constantly flood.
