Good conditions, intimidating drives
Rob Roy is a cool little par 36 that requires some accuracy of the tee. Most of the holes are flanked on either side by a busy street or a row of townhomes. I opted to keep the big dog in the bag for several of the sketchier shots. It has a couple par 5s and plays pretty long, challenging you to use every club in your bag. Conditions were really solid for it being wet and cold as of late.
Course condition.
I have played this course a dozen times. Nothing ever changes the grass is not cut where it should be. The traps need a lot of work the upkeep in general needs to be given attention. The little attention to this course would go a long way and could be a great place to play.

Fun tight course
A fun course alway in good shape. It has a narrow layout so you have to be straight or put your drivers away. Nice par 3s and a challenging Par 5 mixed with some fun shorter par 4s. It not that long a course 3000 from the Blue tees but still very enjoyable with enough water and trees in play to keep you thinking. The staff is very nice and club house ok too.

Windy and Cold
Despite 40 to 50 miles an hour winds and cold, it was great. First of all the course in in much better shape than expected. The fairways were excellent along with the greens. The clubhouse is immaculate and the staff makes you feel right at home. Course is difficult but a challenge.

Uneasy feeling
Great day to play. Course is beautiful. Just not happy with the unfriendly group behind us. There comments were unnecessary.

One Of My Favs
I love this course. It is great to play with couples. They have a putting range which I use all the time before I tee off. Highly recommend.

Slow play
Group of 2 people in front of us hit two balls each shot. It got so slow that two groups behind mine caught up to us and all 3 groups had to wait for the twosome. No rangers on the course to check on speed of play.

Nice course for the money. Sand traps the worst, fareways good Greene’s a little slow

Challenging Course
Very nice course in very good shape. First of all the staff is excellent. The young man who is the starter and checks you in is very professional and makes sure you are all set to tee off. He makes you feel very welcome at this course. The course is in very good shape. greens are a little slow but that I believe is because of the change in weather. Club house is beautiful and spotless. All in all a very challenging course but worth playing.
