This time of the year course is in great condition.
Course is well marked. I didn't lose 1 ball do to a Autumn leaves. Staff was friendly. Condition and price this course is at the top of the list.

Nice municipal course.Fair and fun to play. Course has received a bunch of rain so played really soft.
Greens were also recently punched so they were fairly bumpy.

The greens
Are the best they have been! I have been playing there since high school in 86, and they are tight, roll true, and are super fast! The pro is first class and does it all! Unbelievable place and guy!

$25, 18 holes with cart every Friday.
Pace may be a little slow with retirees, but worth it. Uneven tee boxes, fast greens on my date of play. It was in great condition except for the tee boxes.
I'll shoot it many times again.

Greens in great shape. Fairways were good. Tee boxes a little weathered. Pace of play was good and the staff was very friendly. We had a very enjoyable round.

Never played this course before but plan to play it often this summer. Mature course that is in great shape and well taken care of

Good Area Alternative
An older course, features some great tree lined and narrow fairways, greens were in great shape as well. Pace of play could have been better and the 18 hole tee box should be re done. But a worthy option for all levels.

Afternoon with hubby
Course layout was nice, but fairways bumpy and had several bare spots. Back 9 was very slow with a couple of foursomes that backed everyone up and didn’t let the smaller groups move through. Overall, nice day out though.

Beautiful greens, overgrown rough
This was my first time playing Beechwood. The course was in okay condition. The course offers enough elevation changes and tree-lined fairways to challenge. You were penalized heavy to miss fairways as the rough was so long. Our group routinely lost balls that were one pace off the fairway. In some places about 5 paces off was knee high weeds that ate everything up. The greens were great, they rolled true. I would not play this course again and I won't recommend it based on the fact that losing a ball seem inevitable on every hole for beginner golfers.

Wait until it stops raining
Everything was pretty good except for the fact that it has rained for the past month and every hole had standing water. Because of this I was not allowed to use the card that I paid for and had to walk through the water.

Friday afternoon golf outing
My brother was in from Texas for a visit so we decided to check GolfNow.com to see what was available in the area. I had played Beechwood in the past so I thought we might play there. Greens were very fair although quite fast. Tee boxes were very rough, fairways had been recently aerated and were cut very short. It was often difficult to play the ball from where it had come to rest. On the other hand, there was no one pushing us and we never had to wait for a shot. All in all we had a good afternoon and thanks to GolfNow we got a good deal.

Beautiful well maintained greens, fair layout and lovely quiet setting.
good day at BW
another good day at Beechwood, pace was good, right at 4 hours for 4 of us riding, played thru another group of 4...greens were in very good shape, rough was a bit high but not too punishing, fairways in good shape, bunkers were a bit wet from overnite rain...all in all, enjoyable day.
