Fun course
Greens are a little rough around the edges but it's an overall fun course. Somewhat easy in the sense that I shoot better here than I do at other courses but it's a great time and you can't beat $21 hot deal for 18.
Needs work bad!
This use to be kept nice until they sold it.
Tee boxes are horrible and the greens are almost unplayable.
I mean every putt wobbles 1 to 2 inches left to right.
There is a reason why they have tee times all day.
Not worth $71 maybe worth 45 to play. This course better upgrade or it will fail!
Poor conditions!
I've layed this course many times and it is in the worst shap ever!
Tee boxes are in need of attention and the greens are wobbly and infected with some disease.
I wi) not go back for the price they charge!
No wonder there are so many tee times.
Very Nice
Overall, the course was in awesome shape, the fairways were nice and the greens rolling well. Off fairway is basically hardpan/waste areas on the edges of non- adjoined holes. So, if you're close to ob, it's going ob! Hit 'em straight and don't worry about that. The tee boxes are improved as well. Course is coming along nice.
Poor course conditions
I haven’t played Valley of the moon since it’s was called oak mount. Course greens are hard, bad grass on edges and pretty rough. Bunkers are hard and rocky. Fairway rough iOS really dry and dead grass. I won’t play here again. The sugarloaf course is in better shape.

Course was in great shape and the pace of play really moved along really well

good outing
Conditions are fine. Weather was warm, the course conditions were good. Some browned areas in the fairway, but tees and greens were very good.
pace of play was good.
overall a good day. Will definitely be back.
Purse is really coming into its own!
Over the past couple of seasons, Valley of the Moon (and Sugarloaf) have really made strides to improve course conditions, and it really shows!
Course is in good condition. Except bunkers, many were unplayable and not filled with sand. Had my first hole in one so it was a good day!
Overall good shape
The greens were good, tee boxes in good shape and the fairways were plush. The ONLY negative is that the rough is too long for public play. We had a number of balls that were a couple feet off of the fairway and took a long time to find. I know, hit the fairway.....but if we had played during prime time, it probably would have taken close to 6 hours with everyone looking for balls. That said, a couple balls stayed in bounds that would have bounced out. As usual, everyone that works there was awesome and it was a great time.
