About
Ocean City Golf Club offers two championship courses: Newport Bay and Seaside. Opened in 1959, the Seaside Course is the club's original layout and since opening it has remained an Eastern shore favorite. It has a more traditional design than the other course, which underwent a renovation and rebuild. Seaside offers classic greens tightly lined with bunkers that are balanced with wide-open, player-friendly fairways. It is a challenging but playable test that is popular amongst locals. Five sets of tees make it even more approachable. The views of the marshes and bay, as well as the trees, give the course the feel of one in the Carolinas. In addition to the two courses, Ocean City Golf Club also offers a driving range and putting green before teeing off.

A Little Deceiving
There is absolutely no water on this course besides little ponds. Will recommend if you like country club style courses but if you want water this course isn’t for you.
Overall course was decent. Disappointed that there is no water available on course, especially since it was such a hot day.

Excellent golf course .. Very Friendly staff ...had a rain delay in the morning my tee time was at 12:12 for the inconvenience. the golf course gave out FREE beer at the starter station...Great place for the wife my wife really enjoyed playing
Slow play
This was our fifth outing, for the week playing different courses in the OC MD area. Not impressed with the course compared to the many others available to choose from. Slow play is the understatement of the day. Could never get into a groove because every hole was excruciating and aggravating as we watched a bunch of wannabe pros take 5-8 minutes in front of their ball before swinging. The whole experience ruined what was an excellent week of golf. We left after 14 holes 4 hours...don’t believe the hype. Too many great courses to choose from in the OC area.
Glen is the best!
OMG! Here we are a twosome coming into a bunch of foursomes ahead of us and we are waiting at the first tee and up drives Glen in his cart. He says to us “Follow me. I have a better idea”. So he puts us on number 10 and we played for 9 holes with a fast threesome in front of us. Then we are again waiting one number one with two foursomes ahead of us and he puts us on number 4, again NO WAIT! We played through 9 and came back to one and who was there to meet us but good ole Glen. He apologized to us for the last 3 but said he was out of options.
Glen went above and beyond in customer satisfaction and , in my opinion, Buddy, you are not paying this guy enough! He should be treated as he treats others! You need to remember what a valuable employee he truly is.
Course was overbooked. Cancelled our round when we were told our start time was at least 30 minutes late. Will you refund the Golf Now booking fee.
Disappointed
On vacation and excited to play a round on this beautiful course. Unfortunately the course looked nothing like the pictures. The picture they show is for The bayside not the seaside. They don't say that online. We played along the main road..... Not very nice to be tricked. And I could have spent less on a hot deal for the bay but wanted to play along the water view so I spent the extra money. So disappointing.... Ps starter was extra cranky.
Excellent value.
This is the second time I played the course. It's an excellent value. Courses in good condition. I will definitely Play It Again.
