About
Ocean City Golf Club offers two championship courses: Newport Bay and Seaside. Opened in 1959, the Seaside Course is the club's original layout and since opening it has remained an Eastern shore favorite. It has a more traditional design than the other course, which underwent a renovation and rebuild. Seaside offers classic greens tightly lined with bunkers that are balanced with wide-open, player-friendly fairways. It is a challenging but playable test that is popular amongst locals. Five sets of tees make it even more approachable. The views of the marshes and bay, as well as the trees, give the course the feel of one in the Carolinas. In addition to the two courses, Ocean City Golf Club also offers a driving range and putting green before teeing off.

Lovely course / nice folks
Much enjoyed this back bay gem with great blue herons, well-manicured greens and inviting fairways. If I lived down here I would love to be a member!
A must try if in the area
I’d definitely play this course again, it’s well taken care of and wide open but has several dog legs. Enjoyed the round.
golf at Ocean City
Would have to say overall experience was average. In terms of the course itself .... Impossible to find your ball if it doesn't stay on the fairway!!! Greens had lots of unrepaired divots which was sad. Short course but, again, if the ball doesn't stay on the fairway, you'll have trouble finding it. Cart folks looked like they were having a bad day. Staff at golf shop and restaurant were sweet.
Open
The course was nice and open, it is score friendly!
My New Home Course
Best value for your dollar, and it’s not even close. This course (Seaside) is absolutely beautiful and the staff keeps it in amazing shape. I’m down here about 6 weeks a year and this will be my go to course.
Decent Course
Seaside Course is a nice warm up track, most hazards do not come into play from the white tees. Pace of play was great, greens smooth & true, rough not too penal. They could use a little better signage, but you learn quickly. If you need a good warm up round before playing the tougher courses in the area I highly recommend this course, bag drop & club house very friendly, I will return to try the Newport Bay Course.
Golfing in OC Maryland
The coarse was very fair and nice to play the coarse is in very good shape and we play it July 2nd. I would recommend playing it if in the area
Refusal to allow social distancing
They insisted I ride in a golf cart with a total stranger and refused to allow for social distancing. I had no choice but to leave. I’m 60
They said the CDC recommendations are not required
Nice course
I thought the course was in good shape, play was a little slow because of the group in front of us. Needed accuracy because I seemed to be under a tree most of the day.

played 27 holes. easier course. afternoon got slow but to be expected. very nice greens
First time on this track
Nice course, it was in great shape. Good thing I had my range finder because there was nothing on the card or tee box that showed the layout of the holes.
Played with some locals which helped but overall would recommend playing!
