Located a short distance from the Walt Disney World Resort and Orlando's airport, Hunter's Creek Golf Course offered a challenging game. It was the longest golf course in Florida and has been rated among the top 75 public courses in the U.S. The course winded through stately pines and thirteen lakes. The spacious, rolling fairways and expansive, undulating greens presented interesting challenges on the course. There were also many strategically placed bunkers and water hazards that come into play on almost every hole.

all laid out
this is a fine course for the recreational golfer
from the gold tee's(6079 yards). the other tee's will challenge the serious golfer.course is in good shape but can be spongey in spots if it has rained.
round 3
This was our third course on our holiday, booking in was ok and service improved once we went to collect our cart. We were paired up with a lovely couple. Some tight fairways on a few holes with villas either side. We found a couple of greens to be inconsistent speed. No food available when we had completed our round (except hotdogs), which was disappointing.
We would probably play this course again
Good Time
Very enjoyable round. Excellent value for the price. Went back and played it again and will do so in the future.
nice course at the price
I played as single, and no one else on the course until hole#15.
Awful experience!
Would never play again this course! Tee boxes, fairways and greens are in a poor condition. The layout is boring - no challenge at all.
good course gone bad
had not played here in a while. greens were firm and fast. fairway grass was dry and thin. even the rough was wispy. did not enjoy the condition of the course. would not play here again unless conditions improve.
Good Experience
Conditions were very good for November. Nice Course, staff, and proshop
Very enjoyable
Got a great deal on golf now, so good value. Interesting course, with different holes. Greens were fast but true. Will definitely play again for the right price.
Two singles came up behind our threesome
We started early, previous review said slow golf. We beat the rush, but had two singles come up to play thru. Well maintained, large hilly/sloping greens, and all holes cut on a slope, challenging. Spongy grass eating ball rough, found many lost balls looking for ours. Enough variety in the layout to not get bored, variety of water and sand traps. Enjoyable round, played at our own pace which is fast.
Worth the Drive
Course conditions markedly improved from our last visit about three yrs ago. At 5500+ yds from the forward tees, this course can eat you up if you are not playing your best. It would be a beast from the tips at 7400+ yds! The few soggy areas we noticed were not in play for the most part. The greens were in decent shape and rolled nicely. I would definitely recommend a shorter set of tees for the women, as 5500 yds can be discouraging for any female who hits the ball 150-175 yds or less off the tee.
Purchased a golf and lunch special and the service in the snack bar was a tad slow due to some type of spillage in the kitchen. The selection of items on the special was adequate and the service was great in spite of the delay.
We will definitely return to Hunters Creek in the future!
SLOOOOOW
Have to say good value for money although they allow anyone to play including those who don't have a clue.
slow
Gave up after 12 holes as we had been playing for 3 hours
Good Value for the Money
Played course previously and was pleased with the course layout and overall conditions. The same was true this time. Will probably play again in the near future. Would definitely recommend.
Hunters Creek is worth the trip
Fairly long course. Tee boxes and fairways in great shape as were the greens. bunkers need a little work, but not bad. Looking forward to playing course again
Good and partly challenging course
I have played it many times and was very positively surprised how well it has survived the rain period in September, although some spots on the fairways are still a little bit wet. It is rather long – very long from the tips – but well playable if played from the “more-front” tees. Some holes require straight shots because of the trees aside. Tee boxes, fairways and bunkers in good shape. Greens are very good and rather fast.
Overall this is a good course – one of my favorites in Orlando.
Nothing to write home about
I had mixed feelings but got a good GolfNow deal so I tried it out. The course is a typical suburban Florida course - narrow and cut through a community. Conditions were disappointing and resembled a neglected public course - fairways burned, greens that weren't really green, bunkers like cement. I'm not going back because there are other courses that are in much better shape for the same amount.
Friendly pleasant course
Enjoy playing here - good value for money - freindly staff - food was good on the deal we got. Much better than Disney magnolia which took almost 5 hours to get round and ewas about 4 time the price,
Excellent value - highly recomended
great coarse
Had a great time at Hunters Creek Golf Coarse. Very friendly personable people working at the facility. Can not wait for another trip. To play again.
Fair but over played
Fair course but over played and untidy in places. Very busy & had to wait on first tee for 25 mins before tee off. Greens were fast but full of pitch marks that obviously some holders don't know how to repair! On 17th hole, kids were using bunker as a sand pit!! Course needs to be marshalled.
Florida style course in subdivision setting
11:15 tee time w/ wife for $13.25/ea using E Florida Golf voucher.
Have not played this course in over 12 yrs. Heard it recently was wet from all the rains but currently nice & dry. I can tell The Integrity Group or CGM is managing it because the course is in great condition, far better than 12 yrs ago. It's not pristine but in great shape. Similar quality as Dubsdread, Stoneybrook West, & Links of Royal St. Cloud. The tee boxes need some grass but fairways are plush. Rough are mowed low enough to be able to find errant shots quickly. Large elevated greens are rolling fast. Pace was slow though. 4-some ahead didn't know how to play ready golf & must have been betting large money because extremely slow when getting on greens. Carts have windshield & rain cover in back. Will definitely play again.
