Segregansett Country Club

I play Seggy once or twice a year, and I was very happy with my most recent round. The greens were perfect, and the fairways were healthy. Just a great track, tests your game in multiple ways. It was a little slow but on a beautiful Sunday in August, what can you really expect. We still finished in just over 4 hours. It's good the beer cart girl came around a bunch as its not easy to stop at the clubhouse halfway through the round.

Greens were fast, but fair. It is in excellent condition.

This is the best course East of RI, great layout, fantastic course conditions. The greens are perfect, true rolls!

A great layout that you'll have to play a few times to figure out how to stay out of trouble. Greens are excellent with freshly cut cups: fast and moderately undulating. Keep your driver in the bag on several of the par 4s and even a par 5. A beautifully wooded setting with several picturesque vistas and lots of wildlife. The fairways and rough are well-groomed but don't venture beyond or you will likely lose your ball. A very nice touch is free range balls but don't expect Titleists. The proshop is well equipped. The carts are electric and brand new. Parking is convenient. The bar and restaurant are very nice. I will definitely be back despite the higher Golf Now cost.

Spend your money elsewhere!! No cart path on most of the course, no hole layout on the score card, no directions to the next hole and believe me when you go in the woods and you get to choose from three paths, you need some direction!! While booking it's listed as a Country Club it should be a municipal course overpriced for what you get didn't even have a starter most nice municipal courses have that to give you a little insight!

Really enjoyed this Cornish designed course. From the Pro opening the Pro shop door to welcome me in to the great conditioning and speed of play. It was a terrific experience!

The course is challenging and its in good shape. The greens and fairways are very good. The staff is friendly and accommodating. You can have lunch and a beer after the round. The greens fee is very reasonable. Its a very good value.

Always worthwhile. Good atmosphere. This place has never been better in terms of condition.

Got a Hot Deal for $32.00. Course in very good condition for early in the season. Greens not fully grown in but generally true with only a bit of bumpiness. Challenging but very playable and fair. Tests every club in the bag. Played as a twosome in 3 hours 10 minutes. Would certainly return here.
